This is a poorly run restaurant in a busy growing area. Went on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago to get a large bucket of Chicken and some sides. I was told restaurant only had 3 employees and they had no chicken and no estimated time frame to make some. This is not the first time for this. Just a bad staff and worse management. They should close it so another restaurant could service the area.

Delicious food delivered by teens who are annoyed that they have to be there. I had to go in to get my drive thru order and watched 2 very hard working cooks creating delicious food and half a dozen teenage ghosts floating through the room, avoiding work.

Stopped here during lunchtime. You would think they would have plenty of food prepared for the lunchtime rush. You would be wrong! Ordered four chicken sandwiches, only two available. No offer to do anything about it - like make some more????? Then we were told they were out of dirty rice. It would be 20 minutes before any more would be available. Really??? We canceled our order and left. We went to the location on North New Hope and got our order without an issue!
Best fast food breakfast sandwiches and the best biscuits.

Pulled up to drive thru, employee said "supremes or fries. Supremes or fries. I said excuse me. She said supremes or fries we close at 4. I then realize it is quarter till 4. I said so no chicken sandwiches. She said no we don't have any. I drove off thinking this is the 4th. Fourth time we have attempted to get food from this location to be told they don't have any chicken. One time they said they had none not one piece. In short don't expect to get any chicken at this bojangles.

Ordered a lot of food and most was good except for the egg and cheese extra cheese biscuit, because it had extra egg not cheese! The young kid wasn't trying to interact with the customer!

We ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. Also a side order of Bo rounds. This was take out, This was about 7:30 am. Food was cold and the Bo rounds were extremely salty and greasy. We have decided to not go to BoJangles due to the complete lack of quality. We will not recommend this restaurant for any food. The service is declining and being served cold, old, and greasy and way over salted is completely unappetizing.
Usually pretty good! Sometimes the chicken biscuit can have that rubbery texture, maybe from being overcooked. Normally the food is great we come here all the time.

The Bojangles on S. New Hope Rd has really gone down hill. The service is terrible. Takes forever to get waited on. The chicken seems to always be over cooked. The food used to be really good here. This has been my experience the last several times I've visited this Bojangles. I kept going back, thinking it would get better... but it did not.

Where Do I Start, Rushed During Our Order Can't Even Get The Words Out Of My Mouth Before Im Hit With "Bo Rounds Or Fries" "What Else". Manager Had A Black Collar Shirt On And Came Off Rude As Hell. Seen Her In The Back Reach For And Cut A Biscuit With No Gloves. She Must Have Seen Me Watching Cause She Immediately Grabbed Some Afterwards. Customer Service Just Isn't A Thing Here. Lose The Attitude, I Understand You're Trying To Move Fast And Get People/Cars Out Of Line But It Takes Nothing To Talk To People Like A Decent Human Being.
