I have been coming here for my birthday for the last few years. I am a loyal customer and a member of the fan club. I have never been as disappointed as I was tonight. I received an email for a free appetizer or desert, but didn't matter because I was celebrating my birthday here anyway, that was just a bonus. Five people in my party, so I ordered the philly which was disgusting and the loaded fries were cold. I had to send it back. My daughter ordered chorizo queso. It was delivered cold, she sent it back and it came back colder. My grands order food and was also cold but they ate it because they were hungry. Fried pickles had too much salt and they use to be the best in town. I used to drive from Charlotte NC to get the pickles. Now I can't eat them. My daughter sent hers back. So the total bill was 53,20. When the receipt came to my phone the total was 63.84. I said no tip. This will be my last time and I will tell others not to frequent here. How do you take extra money off my card.

ed Togo on 1/1/26. After we got home noticed one burger did not have the beef patties. Also missing a drink and sides of ranch. No big deal things happen. Called and spoke the “service manager” Kathy. She told me there was a zero percent chance a burger came out without a patty. She continued to say this, saying they have a system. She did offer to refund the burger price. However she was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. Kathy, I advise not calling customers liars. Will contact corporate at my first opportunity.

Went there Saturday night. The server came up took drink order. Brought the drinks out, the margarita had a taste like it had pineapple in it. 3 people tasted it said same thing. Let server know this. He sent I guess a manager to check on it. She said it's a mix they just dump out of a package. So no true bartender in the house. Did nothing about it. Then the server never came back to check on us. Paid the 9.00 for the drink and let it sit there. Had to ask the other server for a box for left overs. Never filled the tea glass . Never eat here.

Have come dozens of times, love the place but today was horrible. After being seated we watched over 10 servers walk past us and even glance at us and no one even took our drink order. Sat for over 5 minutes which is definitely longer when you’re seated waiting to be helped when there were plenty of workers standing around also talking among themselves and finally I got up and let the hostess know we hadn’t even been greeted by whoever our server was and asked to be moved from that section, then they tried moving us to the bar area and that is not our vibe so that was enough to make us leave. Drove 25 minutes to get here but I drove myself to another restaurant and enjoyed a better type of meal. This experience made me and my husband feel unwelcome and like our business and money was not wanted so we will take that as our sign and will be a while before we feel comfortable coming back if ever

We love coming to this restaurant , it’s the best in the area. Incredibly friendly staff & the best atmosphere , especially during the holidays. Delicious , high-quality food that just has something special that other bar food can’t provide. Our server Casey was so kind and quick, we really loved talking with her. Please do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant, it’s a role model of what a great restaurant looks like.

I recently placed a take-out order from Bubba’s 33 in Gastonia, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. My order took over an hour and a half to be completed, which is far beyond a reasonable wait time for take-out.
When I finally received my food, the quality made it clear that it had been sitting out for a while. My nachos arrived cold, with the toppings pushed off to the side, as if they had been assembled and left untouched for at least an hour. My salad wasn’t any better — the lettuce was brown and looked old, making it completely unappetizing.
Overall, this was not the level of freshness or service I expected from Bubba’s 33. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially after such a long wait. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues so future customers don’t experience the same.
