Food is always good. Our waitress was horrible. It seemed to be burden to wait on us. Took forever to get our drinks. Then took a whle for her to come back to get order. We had to keep repeating our order to her. Then she would not even come back to our table. (She was on the corner just standing ) Never ask us for drink refills. Then she transferred our ticket at the very end to someone else. Everyone else that came to our table seemed polite or nice.

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the staff there was amazing. We went to watch a couple of our teams play collage football and they already had our game on and we didn't have to ask to change the channel to see it. The food was delicious and not over priced. They have specials on mixed drinks. It's also great family atmosphere as well. Great job to everyone at bubbas 33 in gastonia nc, you all are amazing!!! The name of our waitress was Ava and she did a wonderful job taking care of us and we will be back...thank you again. I would recommend it all to eat. We had the queso and chips and onion rings and pizza. All of it was delicious. The spice on the onion rings was very good as well.
The curbside pickup service was horrible we had the same girl atended us twice and has given us horrible service both times and only asked us for the name of our order and dissapeared 30 plus minutes and she went back out couldnt tell us the total of our order and dissapeared again. We had to keep asking about our order until we had to go pick it up inside, its curbside pickup for a reason. We also had ítems missing.

I’m just disappointed because Bubba’s Nachos have been unavailable for a long time now… that was my favorite appetizer… bring it back guys

Never been to the place but two white males who work there came to a store drinking alcohol in a parking lot but was nice enough to walk and put the empty bottle in the trash also in a truck so can see myself eating there...all was on camera 📸 and yesterday 👍
