You need a service overhaul, to many workers standing around. To many non uniform employees in and out of the kitchen. Ticket times that take over 30 minutes on the regular is a horrible look.

Ordered a pick up order with mango habanero wings and other food, when my husband got back to our place of stay (we are from here visiting from out of town) the wings where just plain fired wings with no sauce so my husband went back to get the correct order and that’s when they told him they were out of mango habanero sauce. WOW so they knew they were out of the sauce and instead of them not charging us for it or offering anything different when he arrived for the pick up order they instead ignored it gave us plain wings no sauce and probably didn’t expect us to come back, he instead had arrived back to our place to realize this only to have to go back to correct this order. Make this make any sense to charge someone of something they did not order! Also when he went there to correct the order he asked if he can pay for some fresh jalapeños for the burger he ordered online since it didn’t give an option to order online and they said no. Shitty customer service oh and now I have to wait 5-7day for my refund on the wings they charged me for with no sauce that they shouldn’t have charged me to begin with if they knew they were out of the sauce!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Didn’t get food until an hour later. 2/3 orders were wrong. Fries, wings, and tater tots were fryer burnt but also tasted freezer burnt. Waitress was never present.. she had no clue when she was sat a new table because she was never there. Never asked for drink refills, never filled us in for where our food was after waiting an hour, never gave us silverware or napkins. We had to keep bothering another waitress to get any information or utensils. After complaining, she spoke to the manager. The manager made zero effort to come to us and rectify the situation. This is the worst service and food I’ve ever had or experienced. And clearly I’m not alone in my feelings about this. The only good part about this visit was the hostess. She was nice and attentive.

Arrived at 6:30pm finally got seated at a table at 7 didn’t get our drink order till 7:30 ordered our food my wings came out burnt they didn’t bring my sons food had to send mine back and wait another 25 min to get our food and I didn’t get the full amount of wings I ordered this restaurant has fell down hill and needs to go under new management

Arrived at 6pm on 2/27/25. In the parking lot 2 waitresses were smoking what I thought was cigarettes. Manager walked out and pointed at his watch then preceeded to smoke with them. Go in and 80% empty. Was told 10 minute wait and waited almost 30. And a huge line formed behind us. RED HEADED Waitress came in from outside and reeked of weed. No judgment but not around my food. Finally got seated and different waitress was awesome but seemed like the only one working. Seen most of the other staff hanging around talking while several people didn't get served. BWW is horrible service overall but the waitress was ok. Won't be back.

I don't dine here often, but every time I come the beer glasses are served dirty. The last time I came I had to send my wine glass back twice due to lip prints still being visible. The atmosphere is great but the food and drinking glasses are questionable.

I am an x bartender/waiter, paid my way through college. I am a nurse at the hospital, decided to take my family out. 1st we were going to go to wild wing Cafe but noticed it closed down. We then remembered that Buffalo wild wing was near and decided to try it. The drinks were amazing, I ordered a long Island and a Bahama mamma, my spouse ordered a mojioto. We ordered supreme appetizer, fried pickles which were great, a chicken sandwich and kids Mac n cheese.
The food was disappointing, after patiently waiting for a long time along w a waitress who barely checked on us our food arrived and we tried to enjoy it. Cheese fries were cold, wings were hard, nachos were saugy.
I did request a manager she came to the table, I was quite upset but decided to not complain and show some class on front of my kids. After that the waitress began to check on us.
She said it was just her on the floor and had alot of tables, I been there b4 but to some that is no excuse when you spend your hard earned money and valuable time. I still tipped her good but not my usual size tip🙃.
Not sure if we will return, maybe for the drinks and atmosphere🙂. Oh yeah and fried pickles. Maybe this review will help the management team. Best of luck

Yesterday I waited about 10mins after the ETA just to receive cold fries! Were the fries just sitting there 10mins with me while all other items are cooked? Fries should be the last item in the bag. I was missing items like milk and guacamole and just the wrong order all together, I paid extra to have all flats (got mixed) AND one order of wings HAD NO SAUCE (suppose to be mild buffalo). I had to go back from the highway to pick up the missing items and no "sorry about that". I got the missing items and hot fries that tasted burnt but better then cold. And then of course I got home and wings were cold after the drive home and waiting on corrections. I will not be back to this location. Double check your order if you order here!!!

Came to eat here 1/7/25 food was ok, service good. The cleanliness of this restaurant wasn't good the smell was of dirty Mop being used and table clothes the same. Eat at the bar didn't let it bother me came in again today 1/8/25 horrible again didn't eat because of that dirty mop, rag smell. Dirty, dingy drinking cups. Never again!

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews. But I would hate for anyone to come in here and eat! It is gross! I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings! I haven’t been in a while. I will definitely not be back so nasty. Wings were not even a little warm! 🤮🤮

We ate here on 12/22/24 and it was TERRIBLE service. We sat down at 6:15 pm. Not very busy at all. The server didnt take out drink order until 6:32. We got the drinks and put the order in around 6:45. My wife and daughter got their food and finished it before I got mine 30 min later. When I got mine I asked for check bad to go boxes because I didnt want my family to wait for me to eat since they had already finished. They got my wing sauces wrong so I asked for to go side sauces. One of the sauces accidentally dropped and they didn’t want to replace the sauce. This was the WORST BWW I have ever been to. I highly recommend choosing a different location or just going to Olive Garden next door instead. Chuck E. Cheese also has wings if you want them.
