After years of saying that I would never go back to this location, my wife convinced me to pick up dinner from here on my way home. They had the buy one get one half off,so this is what I ordered. I specifically asked, if I get 12 would I get the next order for half off and was told that's correct. I also ordered a basket of fries with that order. My order came up to be around 26 dollars,so i figured that to be a good deal. When I got home,I didn't have 12 and 12,I had 6 and 6. The fries were cold when I specifically asked for them to be fresh. Barbecue sauce all over the bag and boxes as if presentation is not a thing here. The wings were half done and it was more sauce on the boxes and the bag than there was on the wings. I am in finance for a living,and when doing the math, 6 wings would be around 14 dollars and 7 for the other six. What planet does this makes sense on. Last I heard tarrifs didn't effect chicken,and even if it did that's highway robbery. When I went back down there the same night, then it was explained to me that you can't get 12 and 12,but you can get 14 and 14. This is a way to up charge you for the first 14 because it is an unusual order number so that the second order would seem to make sense. In actuality your paying full price for both. I get the hustle,but make it make sense by teaching the team the hustle. There's no way I would have agreed to take the foolish order that I placed if it were explained to me,and on top half done and cold. The only thing I asked for was a refund. I brought the order back and let them know my dissatisfaction,and was told that they would refund me within 3 to 5 days. It's been two weeks and 3 unanswered calls and no refund. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to years ago,and it's still the worst. Go to North Lake,go to Checks,go to Wing Stop,you probably wanna go to domino's before you go here.

My first and last time eating here. Boneless wings were over cooked hard, the chicken was dried out. Not crazy about the onion rings either, they were too soft. I don't know if this is their normal or just a bad night.

This is the worst place. Waiting forever to be seated and they were not even busy. Then had to wait for server to greet us, didn't apologize. Like everyone is just standing around not doing anything. I dont know what happen to this place but is has gone down hill.

I had a rather unsatisfactory experience at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings location. The service was quite poor, and I found the staff to be unhelpful and impolite, lacking in knowledge regarding their duties. I believe improvements in their service are necessary. As someone who works in the service industry, I generally have a great deal of patience, but this establishment was truly disappointing. I would advise against spending your money or time here.DO NOT DO IT.

The experience was good but the pitiful order of potato wedges we got with a sandwich were not right, they were all small and burnt and just not what a potato wedge is supposed to be at all, even tried to ask about it and the waitress said they all look like they did and I can't believe that for a second. The Philly cheese steak and wings were good. My favorite wings are the honey bbq and chipotle dry rub and I'd suggest them to anyone. The price wasn't too bad could of been worse but everything is expensive anymore. Definitely should of remade the wedges or something just disappointing they came like they did

When I received my food at home, everything was ice cold and burned. It was my birthday today and I thought I would treat myself to Buffalo wild wings. Needless today, I am so disappointed and will never order food from them again
Had some issues with an online order and using a gift card so came to order take out in person. Found out the deal was only available via online order, but the gift card could only be used in store since it was older. Go figure. Staff was very helpful in helping me get things sorted out. While I didn't get the deal I wanted (through no fault of staff; it was company policies), things ended up ok in the end.

The worst BWW I have been to. This place needs to be shut down. Stood at the reception desk for 10 minutes before I just decided to seat myself at the bar. Another 5 minutes before the bartender said a word to me. Ordered 1 beer and wanted to make a Togo order but she walked away. 5 more minutes to place my Togo order. Paid and then decided to not even eat the food because of the flys all over the bar. If the bar had that many flys, god knows what’s in the kitchen. Out $25 but saved some illness for sure.

Ordered almost $60 worth of food. The 20 traditional wings that were supposed to be salt and vinegar flavor had no flavor at all. Fries were cold. Only receive 2 small cups of ranch for 40 wings. Email said order would be ready for pickup at 7:10 but it wasn't ready till 7:50.
