Don’t ever go there , they are extremely racist!!! I went there to order through the drive thru , I waited there for more than 10 minutes to place my order ! No one answered ! Then I went directly to the cashier and that woman stated that I had to go around all over again just because she wanted to , what kind of customer service is this it was the night shift I went there at 9:45 pm !!! The worst !!! She threatened to call the police . WHAT DO YOU THINK ? just because I’m Latino I’m undocumented … honey I’m more American than you !! THE WORST BK !!!

Ordered a Special Melt, got home, it was a sorry kid burger. Went back to get refund of difference in cost, Manager acted as if I was getting on her nerves. Where do they get these clowns at? Don't they realize that we pay their salaries, "I'm so sorry this happened" would be customer service, but since she's so clueless, I won't contribute to her salary.....I will not go back!

I had to repeat myself many, many, many times. The lady, through the speaker, said she could not hear me, I heard the feedback in the speaker and could hear what I said going through. Was told to pull up to place my order. The next lady could not hear me,I assure you I was not going to yell at the CAN I GET UH, cause that would just be awful. The second lady was kind, but I was having trouble hearing me as well, commented on the previous lady, and apologized for them being rude. Taking my order at the first window, when pulling up to the second, they verified if that was my order. It was the car behind my order. I was told to move up and wait for my food. The 3rd lady did not forget ketchup and was kind as well. This was two days ago. Whomever was working, then at night on, the speaker may need assistance, besides having someone pull up to place their order with another person, but instead have someone else come on the speaker to take my order. Not a bad experience. My order was correct. I appreciate it!

They seemed to have a decent number of staff, but I wasn't able to order because the wait was too long. I went inside and waited in line with 2 people ahead of me for 10 minutes before deciding to leave. The store seemed to be clean, but I can't comment on the quality of the food.

This has to be the worst burger King in the state, the staff is rude and hateful and just plain obnoxious , the food is always hardly edible at best and the drink machines never work and god help you if you want a milk shake, good luck if you are interested a hurry in the drive though, cause it is and east 30 minutes every time, to get a good burger from them you'll have to drive to belmont.

Went in on January 2/25 0rdered the 12 price mozzarella fries and a whopper junior w,cheese the fries or the hamburger I would not have feed to a dog ,called the same day manager said as long as I had my receipt there would be no problem Went in this morning with receipt and the food the manager on duty stated that she couldn't refund me my money that I was supposed to come back the same day to get refunded my money
