This has always been our go to for wings but the past several times the wings are dry, tough and hardly have any sauce. Very dissapointed. We thought we would try one more time tonight, time to find a new place.

I placed a 50$ order which included a half gallon of lemonade which was 3.99. When door dash delivered the order I did not have my lemonade. When I inquired door dash said he didn't get it. When I called Chex and asked for a refund for the lemonade, the guy who answered talked over me telling me they always check the order with door dash and the driver had it. I just hung up. My boyfriend and I are REGULAR customers to Chex, in both the Gastonia and University stores and I must say I am VERY disappointed in the customer service I received. You take a chance of losing two regular customers over $3.99......for real???? At this point it is the principle of it more than anything. Do better! I have NO reason to kiw to you.

I ordered 15 wings last weekend and they were simply not good. They were tough and super dry. The sauce selection at Chex is great but it doesn’t matter if the wings are mediocre/cooked poorly.

I ended up throwing away half of my order because I simply couldn’t eat them anymore. Disappointed because Chex has historically been promising but this was my first experience at this location and it was much less than I hoped for…

What is this? Chex in Gastonia should be embarrassed to think this is ok. They cut down the size of their cake slices, yet prices still up there. I never seen their slices this small. Guy at the register said yeah, they have been cut down. I should have checked before I paid for it. Atleast the wing sizes have been cut down to inches

Wings and fries are good. Just don’t get any of the desert in the fridge. See attached picture of moldy cheesecake.

Service is bad. Food is never ready even when you call in 25 minutes prior. Never came here and the order was ready. I pretty much expect it at this point.

Going to try BTJ wings down the road! Nothing special here.

Was pretty busy when my son and I came for the first time last Saturday night. Service was good but they gave me someone's else's order and I did not realize till I got home. I still ate it because I was hungry. I must say whatever flavor of wings I got was pretty damn good and I got more than what I ordered. Will be back to try again. Pretty full menu I see. 😋 4 stars just for the mix up.

I always get wings there tried a burger it was horrible called to see about getting something I could eat instead of wasting money…. No help when I called back to fix problem.

Fries so salty we threw them away. Philly sub bread tasted of cardboard and wings were pretty good with fresh celery
