I placed a 50$ order which included a half gallon of lemonade which was 3.99. When door dash delivered the order I did not have my lemonade. When I inquired door dash said he didn't get it. When I called Chex and asked for a refund for the lemonade, the guy who answered talked over me telling me they always check the order with door dash and the driver had it. I just hung up. My boyfriend and I are REGULAR customers to Chex, in both the Gastonia and University stores...
Was pretty busy when my son and I came for the first time last Saturday night. Service was good but they gave me someone's else's order and I did not realize till I got home. I still ate it because I was hungry. I must say whatever flavor of wings I got was pretty damn good and I got more than what I ordered. Will be back to try again. Pretty full menu I see. 😋 4 stars just for the mix up.
I have been eating at Chex in Gastonia for the past 4 months. Chex in Gastonia has never failed to disappoint me. Amazing food and an amazing atmosphere and great customer service and food!!!!!
