The service was.
Over the girl who took my order to the guy. That was collecting the cash who didn't serve me was still extremely friendly and nice today. I really appreciate a restaurant.Will you still get exceptional service with a smile

Ruby, the team member at the front desk was extremely rude. I was there doordashing and she would not let us take the order without showing her the phone confirmation, however, I showed her a screenshot and it just simply wasn’t enough. Each time that I have ever dashed at this location I have NEVER been asked to turn my phone around and push any buttons in front of a member of the staff. I am so frustrated, especially about the demeaning attitude I was given. I have worked for Chick Fil A recently myself and this was never an issue. The other team member helping with door dash orders was not checking anyone else’s phones. Drop the attitude and do better!! Too much negativity already and you are just adding to the problem.
