I received this email this morning stating I could get an Old Timers cheeseburger for $7.99. The manager at the Gastonia Chilis would not honor it…she didn’t even care what I received. I told her I would show it to her but she still refused to honor it!

Disappointing experience. They said ran out of chips ! How????But the table next to us ordered nachos and they had chips for that! The food was either undercooked or overcooked and the portions were much smaller than other Chili's locations.

Ordered white queso and it came out brown and burnt. Last time I was there they replaced it with white queso but this time they said that is how it comes and refused to make any more. I know for a fact it does not come out brown as they fixed some fresh for me last time that was not brown and burnt tasting.

The food was pretty good, service was really quick. It was pretty early during lunchtime, definitely plan on going back
Charged me twice for the same order. I went back the next day and the manager fixed it but while I was there an employee walked out with his stomach hanging out of his shirt about a foot below his shirt and hanging out of his pants. Please dear god don’t let him around the food. I am sure by the looks of him that personal hygiene is not something he is worried about.
