Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the closest Chipotle to where I live and it is a 30 minute drive. I have wasted a lot of time and gas mileage/money just to be disappointed multiple times as they are FREQUENTLY out of food. I am not sure who is doing inventory/ordering supplies for this particular chipotle but they need to do better.

On 12/13/2025 at approximately 6:30 PM, I placed and PAID for an online order at this location and arrived to pick it up, only to be told the system was “down” and my order would not be honored.

That explanation is unacceptable. When a business accepts payment, it is obligated to provide the product or a legitimate resolution. A system failure is an internal issue and does not justify refusing service to a paying customer.

The manager’s response made this situation significantly worse. There was no apology, no effort to troubleshoot, no alternative offered, and no accountability taken. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, as though expecting to receive food that had already been paid for was unreasonable.

This experience highlights a serious lack of leadership, training, and customer service standards at this location. Refusing to fulfill a prepaid order without offering any solution reflects extremely poor management and operational practices.

I wasted time and money here. I strongly advise others to avoid placing online orders at this location, and corporate leadership should review how this store is being managed.

Was waiting in line for my turn when I noticed how unsanitary it was…the food line was very dirty from old food being on the counter and around the new food. The trash can was over filled and spilling on too the floor.. the floors wasn’t being swept, food and trash everywhere.. went to get something to drink and the soda fountain ice was everywhere all in the soda fountain bin to the fullest, everything near the soda fountain was messed up, trash was on the counter instead of the trash cans. Went to sit down with my burrito and trash on the counter and trash cans was full starting to spill out from not being taken out.. so I looked at their restaurant grade.. it’s a 97 and not a 100.. every now and again someone would come spray the tables and throw away some trash but that’s it, they would do nothing else.. after eating my burrito and about to leave.. they all was standing around talking instead of cleaning..if the place isnt clean then you know your food probably isn’t either.. cross contamination, bacteria, germs are there and people will get sick eating here. I won’t come back to this place again

This location is always out of something. We came for the buy 1 get 1 free deal but the manager said they were out of beans, lettuce, and something else.
There was still 2 hrs left. They needed to make some more. We're never happy with this location.

Consistently out of food in the early hours of the evening and won’t make more. Terrible service and extremely slow. Quality of food here feels worse than other chipotles

This location is hands down the worst chipotle that I’ve ever been too. I eat at chipotle atleast 2 times per week. Tonight my wife and I went in for some food. There was a fairly big line inside the restaurant. They had one person on the line for the people inside but had 4 employees working the to go side. Multiple employees walking around doing absolutely nothing and did not try to help the line at all. After waiting 25 minutes to order they were out of steak. We asked them to get it from the to go line and the lady refused. So your people eating inside are not as important than the to go people? We asked when steak would be ready and she said I have no idea! Absolutely horrible! We also watched the manager leave for the night with a line out the door and offered no help. How many bad reviews does this store have to get before a change in management is made? Seems to me that chipotle could care less about its reputation and patrons!

I come to this location at least 4 times a month. Today was the worst service and experience I’ve had! First off I along with a line that was past the front the front door, of people stood in line for several minutes, waiting to be served. While all the staff stupid there talking. No one was being waited on. All of us in line were wondering what on earth was going on. People started to leave the restaurant because it was ridiculous to wait for no reason.

I got up and place my order. When my bowl was prepared the guy put very little rice in the bowl, so I asked for him to put a little more. I got down the line and ask for lettuce and guacamole and was told they had none. Got to the counter to pay for the bowl that wasn’t prepared the way I wanted, and the cashier told me that was being charged for extra rice! I was so shock that I asked her to confirm what she said. She confirmed that they were charging me to add a little more rice that should have been in the bowl to start with! I left the two bowls I order there and will never come tot his location again. The customer service isn’t what it used to to be. I will be sure to let everyone I know that comes to this location about my experience with hopes they dont come to this location either. Terrible!

Frequently gets the order wrong when you order pick up, especially when order via gift card or points (items won’t be refunded)

We walked in for our first visit and noticed the ice machine was perhaps on the fritz -- ice was piled up below the dispenser and spilling onto the floor. Out of corn chips and guac around 4:30pm on a Saturday. May have just been an off day but since it is located at a difficult intersection, we probably won't ever attempt to visit again.

The food was good however they run out of steak, chicken, chips, etc almost every single day, the manager was very disrespectful to my mother, my father couldn’t even get a heated up burrito wrap when it was right in front of the server that heats up the wrap, and the service is trash here. Never Again.

If I could rate 0 stars for service I honestly would, I’ve NEVER dealt with staff at a restaurant that are so rude and seem to not want to do their job. If you hate your job work somewhere else and don’t take it out on the customers. Do better.

store is always busy , employees are always distracted and have no good customer service. everytime i come there its always a wait for me to order. employees refuse to continue my order after i told them it will be over 5 orders and they told me they dont want to finish it and went walking around for someone to finish it yes 10 orders is alot but its money . i do not recommend this place in gastoina
