They seem to have struck a balance with fun and affordability. The food is still overpriced cafeteria food, but you can have a good time with your kids without breaking the bank. They offer monthly subscriptions now which is an interesting offering.

Good spot for the kiddos
We recently bought my 5 year old a silver pass for 11.99/month and he absolutely loves it and has a ball every time we come. It's a great way to get out of the house and let him use up some energy. He wants to come literally everyday. We have went once this Saturday, February 1st and once last weekend on Sunday. The majority of the games have worked- only one or two seemed to be malfunctioning. I feel like it's a great deal and saves a lot of money rather than going and paying for the tickets separately. The only thing I would say is the prizes could be a little bit cheaper. Just to get a small plushy it's $9.99, which means you have to have 1000 points to get it. Most games only give you 3-4 tickets. On the other hand, each game is only a point right now as part of their promotion, and if you want extra points as part of the silver pass, you get a 30% discount on those and a 30% discount on food. We will definitely happily be coming back as often as we can!

This place can do better if they fix up the games and there equipment there . Most of the games are broken and don't works. There is left over food everywhere garbage on the floor and stuff pictures machines ran out of printing papers when told to an employee about. I was told they going to tell the manager and no one came to fix the issue and I did not get my pictures. Management need attention to this place and make thing right for the little one to enjoy.

Kids have fun but the rewards are a rip off. My main complaint though, is that the girl working the register around 4pm today used the bathroom and didn't wash her hands afterwards.
We paid for ultimate party and didn’t get everything we paid for and the hostess didn’t do her job we had to take the picture of drank and have it refilled we didn’t get chuck E like we paid for and had to show her the receipt just to get the dipping dots we paid for exclusive with chuck E and didn’t even get that host even though a hole pizza we paid for away

The absolute blatant disrespect my family and I received here was shocking to say the least. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were not welcome by the eyes of the staff and their persistence to avoid checking us in. It doesn’t end there, went to the front to get a drink and the staff helped everyone who was in front of behind me and one of my kids, I gave up and walked away. Trying to check out for prizes? Don’t even bother. A lady tells us “one second” during our approximately 9-12 minute wait, we watched 2 staff members just stand at the front and talk (one of which is the very one who told us to wait just one second, never comes back. Another lady passed us 3 times and made it a point to ignore us. When she finally came back, she acted like it was rude of us to be standing there waiting patiently. I could understand if we were being rude but we stood there patient and quiet while we waited. She acted as if the children picking our there prizes was the biggest hassle in the world. Going as far as ignoring the kids when they spoke and pointed at what they wanted. Then, when I spoke up and stated what each kid wanted, she acted as if we don’t speak the same language, rolling her eyes because one of the kids wanted a toy in one specific color of the three colors available. This was my first time giving business to this facility and most certainly will be my last. Never have I experienced such disrespect at any establishment. I chose not to address this at the time because my children were present and there were other children waiting behind us and didn’t want to hold anyone else up. I don’t expect any special treatment when I arrive anywhere, I just expect to be serviced the same as everyone else is getting serviced. Everyone else seemed to be getting serviced immediately, so please tell me why on earth my family was treated differently. I’ll patiently await a detailed response, if one is not given, I will request one. Today is December 8th, 2024. If an explanation is not presented to me by December 12th, 2024, I will reach out and seek one, a valid one.
Kid-friendliness: The staff clearly hates kids that aren’t of the same skin tone as them.

I usually come here on weeknight evenings and have always been met with friendly staff. However, we decided to come on a Sunday afternoon this week and we were ignored for over 5 minutes at the ticket/prize counter. The staff was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge our presence whatsoever. They were too busy having conversation amongst themselves. They very obviously we not doing anything else or serving anyone else. When the lady finally came to help us she didn't say a single word to us other than our ticket count. My son asked for a specific colored prize and she ignored him and I had to ask her to please give him the color he requested which she did with an attitude. We were very disappointed with the service today as it's not what I have been accustomed to here.

We pay for a monthly membership and are here nearly every weekend.
We left early today due to employees negligence.
I regret to share my disappointing experience with this establishment. The level of negligence displayed by the staff was concerning, particularly with regard to their failure to properly track which individuals children are leaving with. This lack of oversight is both unsafe and irresponsible, and it raises serious concerns about the well-being of the children under their care.
Furthermore, the attitude of the employees was unprofessional and disheartening. Several staff members exhibited verbal meanness and a generally poor demeanor when interacting with both children and parents. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any environment that purports to be child-centered, as it undermines the trust and respect necessary for a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Given these issues, I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a positive, safe, and respectful environment for their children.
Food and games are always delightful and my child has fun. But the new staff members are rude, mean and don’t care about their job.

Not happy with grandsons first birthday party I paid for. We paid for ultimate birthday party experience and did not get it. We had to buy cups for adults, take pitchers of tea and soda to be refilled because host didn’t. And chuckle cheese rat wasn’t brought out to take pictures with our grandson and sing and dance that we paid for and the dipping dots that was for all the kids I had to show the host that thay were paid for with the ultimate package that I paid for for her to bring them out at 5 minutes until party was over. And to top all that off when we were taking pictures of him opening his presents the hostess is in them sweeping up around him we had to ask her to move so we could get pictures of him trying to salvage the party that I paid 280 dollars for for my grand sons first birthday I promise I will not do another party at chuckle chesse
As far as Chuck E Cheese's go, this is one of the nicer ones. All the employees were nice except for one. The pizza is your typical conveyor belt pizza. The salad bar is good. But be prepared to pay for every little thing. It was 30+ for a large pizza and 4 cokes. Wings cost extra, salad cost extra. It was another almost 20 dollars for 1 hour of play time. Another 12 dollars for unlimited jumping on their trampoline. Just an fyi.
