Food is not consistent..when the food is cooked correctly (taste, temperature, time) cookout could be one of the best burger joints. Years ago cookout was the spot to get food any time of the day. The service is horrible. These new direct managers need to be mangers and stop letting employees do what they want because there behavior makes the company look bad. I only come by 1-2 times a month maybe. The atmosphere basically here's your food, bye(actually their look says it all). There's no dine In only a drive thru. Stop worrying about a check and get your stores under control.

Havent been out to eat in a little while but I have never had this bad of food at this particular cookout my chicken nuggets were burnt rocks I couldnt even eat them i am very disappointed

Its good but something is always out or they mess up the order but honestly I kind of expect that at fast food places in 2025.
We pulled up late last night. I stated my order. He repeated it back to me, didn't tell me how much my total was at the speaker or the window. I asked for a slice of cheese cake with oreos, I got an Oreo milkshake with NO cheesecake. I was the only person there how you don't listen

This the worst location in Gastonia! The manager don’t care about the customer getting they food on time! I waited 15-25 mins for them to skip my ticket! When I asked for the money back the manager acted as if it was not their fault! Everybody in line had spoke on the service! One guy jumped on his bike and went around and they serviced him faster! Do not come here unless you like to waste time! 12 people inside and we can’t get the food out! All got was 2 wraps
