My husband order our food, customer service is great despite their constant business. No problems besides the trays that we order are not always what we are paying for. I don’t expect our trays to be slammed to the rim, but for what we order we get 3 nuggets and 8 cheese bites in a tray ? I can order a separate side of those and get more packed in a little bag than I can in my tray. Again service is great as always, just need to work on the packing before handing it to the customers

We order the milkshakes They have Best MILKSHAKES You can order many flavors in one shake as I do strawberry cheesecake with cookies and cream. Before you ask NO, I am NOT pregnant- it just taste GREAT together. They stay open late night👌🏽😁 ohhh. The other thing is a slice of cheesecake🍰 with any topping we like peach cobbler😝

I love that the food tastes like homemade. Every time I eat one of of the burgers it makes me feel like I'm at a backyard barbecue. Cookout is also very economical. I can feed myself and my four grandchildren a full meal for less than $50, and that is no easy task.

Awful service, forgot to put anything on my burger. I wouldn’t care but is every time I visit this location, something is always wrong.
Our order got confused with another customer. We were fine to wait, but instead of helping to rectify the situation a woman who I assume was the manager(head wrap, orange tinted glasses, no name) berated the employee at the window for using the wrong register for our window the entire time we sat and waited(around 15 mins). He was very apologetic, food came eventually and was hot but the management was not helpful or active in the workplace.

Was craving cookout for lunch One of their chicken ranch wraps, Two hot dogs, Cheddar cheese bites, milkshake and huge tea. After pulling into their double drive-thru. Sitting there for 15 minutes. Watching them take orders and service car from the other lane. I left without ordering and going to McDonald's. Thank you for the disappointment Cook out

Had to try according to YouTubers. Great sandwiches. Lousy sides. Amazing shakes! About 50 different flavors to choose from. Sat in drive-thru almost 30 minutes. Super crowded, but Friday nights usually are for teenage hangouts.
