This is the worst place to go to it used to be a good place to eat at I went through after work me and my daughter to grab something to eat notice that my burger was really red and then I went back and I asked to speak with a manager and then the manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to remake my burger know I told him it gross me out seeing my burger that red why would I want another one I said I just pray that I don't even get sick it's sad that people will serve food to people like this and not even care about people's well-being I will not return back to this cookout ever again into least the manager could at least offered my money back and said he just kept looking at me like I was crazy

Yes, my children were indecisive and did not tell me what they wanted. Yes, they were unfamiliar with cookout and wanted to read the menu for themselves. Yes, it might have taken us a minute and a half to order for 5 people-- I know that's an eternity in cookout time. "Cashier Shawn" was audibly irritated with us, asking repeatedly for our order, even after I explained I had to communicate with my children, who *I* was asking to please hurry, for Shawn's sake, because I know ordering time is tracked. Still, he displayed very little patience.
I have to wonder what kind of childish person "Cashier Shawn" is to decide that after I checked my sandwich to see if the toppings were correct-- and they weren't-- and I asked for that to be corrected, that he would decide to remove all the toppings and leave me with a bare sandwich. The generous person, who I usually am, might give him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps he thought I wanted no toppings. However, I have no idea how you get that idea when someone says both through the microphone while ordering AND at the window "Can you please add cheese and onion." I incorrectly trusted that this person would faithfully correct their understandable mistake. Fastfood is difficult. I guess I misinterpreted the seeming joviality they displayed as we left. In fact, ALL toppings had been removed from my sandwich. I suppose I am lucky that there was no spit in it.
This is a hiring problem and a management problem. You can't train a vindictive, unkind person to treat others with respect.

Overall it was just a bad experience started at the speaker. the window wasn’t any better. But the worst part was when I went to go eat my ice and there was a gnat laying on a piece of ice.

Didn't listen to one thing about my order. I like cookout, just not here. The union rd one is so much better. Nicer, faster, and they listen.
I am normally very pleased. Service is excellent and food is a great value and very fresh. Unfortunately for the first time my order was incorrect to an extent that I was unable to eat it. A fact I came to realize well diwn the road. I ordered a 2 hot dog tray with only ketchup with cajun fries lightly seasoned and hush puppies. Hot dogs were loaded with both ketchup and mustard which I couldn't eat and fries were extra seasoned which I was also not able to eat. As I have ordered this same order many times with no problems this was disappointing.

Went through the drive through and ordered. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Their fries are like homemade they were good too. We love their hush puppies and shakes. Favorites are the Peanut butter fudge and double chocolate shakes. Can't get one better anywhere else.

I don’t understand the hype for cookout. Finally decided to give it a shot and I doubt I’ll be back. The food was LOUSY, overcooked, and cold.
