My Chocolate Cherry Shake was vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup that wasn't mixed well. It had plenty of frozen cherries though. Half of them were tasteless. The window person didn't offer a receipt but then nobody does that anymore.

Well to start off the bill for 4 people was almost $40. So I'm sure they overcharged me, but whatever at that point. They got almost everyone's food wrong. Like really wrong, almost like they tried to mess up. (Update) Order over $50 of food. Every single item was wrong. I couldn't even eat my lunch. Mayo (I'm allergic). No bacon (I paid extra for). No chicken (I paid more for). Cheese bites (I had 3 small crumbs). A disgrace for a restaurant. Absolutely horrible and no excuse for this inadequate trash. Thank you for wasting my money, I do NOT appreciate it.

This cook out is run down and gross. You can’t go inside and the restrooms are padlocked during daylight business hours. The parking lot was disgusting. I didn’t even get any food. My son said it was ok, but he only got a quesadilla. Just YUCK.

Don’t listen, two orders first order I asked for cheese fries twice still gave me cajun fries. Second order said cheese, ketchup and cheese three times on the burger no cheese or ketchup on the burger.

So far every Cookout I've ever been to, Gastonia, Charlotte, Lincolnton, etc... they've been super fast regardless of the line because there's almost always a line no matter which one you visit. The food is great and even tho the employees might not be the most attentive to their customers on an individual basis due to the volume of business they have during their rush hours I completely understand. If you've never been there you should go because the food's worth it and the price is even better.
Hot garbage. Worst cook out I have ever had.They messed up our order and I only got 4 very small onion rings with my burger. Bone dry slaw.
