It took 50 minutes to get our food and the food was cold when we got it

Patti (hostess) was extremely rude. Tossed menus on table, cut my mother off mid sentence. Genuine attitude of unprofessionalism.

First time at a cracker barrel that I have ever had to send my pancakes back for being overcooked. I order blueberry pancakes a lot at different cracker barrels and this location put half the blueberries in them compared to other locations I have been.
Waiter was very nice but unfortunately service was not the usual.
Also, there were only 3 stalls in the women's bathroom and the latch on one of those was broke. Fewer than most locations so they could at least fix the latch.

First we were waited on after a couple who were seated after us with the same waitress! Our bacon was wimpy and greasy even after it was sent back and my husband’s eggs were dry!!

We had a wonderful waitress but we had to wait 30-40 minutes on our food. It was not our waitresses fault. She said one of the cooks went home. My chicken and dumplings were thick and chewy and had very little chicken. I never got corn muffins. My husband’s steak tips were hard and overcooked. We usually have much better food here. Disappointing.

My worst experience at Cracker Barrel ever! Placed our order around 6:20 pm and at 7:20 pm we still did not receive our food we were brought cold biscuits and gravy that looked horrible and were told it could not be replaced because the cooks didn’t speak English our tea was not refilled and multiple dirty dishes on tables that no one cleaned so we left!

I ordered breakfast, egg’s were dry & hard, grits were greasy & lumpy & bacon was burnt & hard! Bread was good. Worst I’ve ever had at Cracker Barrel!! Too upset to complain, just attended my sisters funeral!!

Ordered door dash. Old timers breakfast - 2 sunny side eggs, biscuits gravy, sausage patties and baked apples. Also a side of hash brown scramble.
Food turned up edible temperature, not too hot and not cold. Was quickly made and picked up then dropped off.
My qualm here is that the sausage was nasty, the apples weren't fully soft as baked apples are supposed to be and the gravy tasted weird.. but biscuit was decent. And I typically like biscuits and gravy. Then, the hashbrowns scramble, was the SMALLEST cup in the bag. For 4 bucks that size of a side is robbery..it tasted good though. So there's that.

Gave the food a 1 🌟 because I could not give nothing. I took the food back to the store because they needed to see the quality of food that was coming out of there store. Reid the manager did get me fresh food to make it good but this is why they have a 4.1 google rating.

First, our waitress was wonderful 💯. The food preparation was slow because, as I understand, of new hires. Overall, the food was great and delicious but I would have been better without the 40 minute wait. The atmosphere is very good.

Only good thing that came from the night we had at Cracker Barrel was the Hostess never had anyone so nice there she was awesome!! Chicken and Dumplins with one tiny piece of chicken and Dumplins were cooked together and looked more like a biscuit texture and all. Shrimp and grits were loaded with sauce. Overcooked cornbread muffins and we hardly seen our waitress. Worst experience yet!!

We were looking forward to the turkey and dressing that you serve on Thursdays and when It came out we knew the dressing looked different, tasted terrible and we have no desire have it again after all these years of it being so delicious.

Absolutely horrible. Favorite restaurant has disappointed too many times. Always out of Everything. Not going to waste my time with what's going on in there. Life's too short....move on and get over it I suppose. Too many things to list. Unbelievable

Only had one section open three servers but only seen really one working. Had a way almost an hour. Said at the table and waited 20 minutes for someone to come over to ask me what I wanted to drink. They need to stop the go orders when its like this and focus on the people that's in the restaurant.
