waitress was new and appeared to be struggling. She may have been turned loose to soon. Chicken dumplings were dry for two diners.

This is one of my favorite place to eat. The fact that they sell my Dr. Enuf is enough for me. I love their breakfast, and the atmosphere is alway great. The staff members are exceptional.

The food was awful. We have done this for several years for thanksgiving. The turkey tasted like something out of a can and it just wasn’t worth the money. Unsure if will ever go back. The last time we ate inside food was nasty.

Order came out wrong . Food was lukewarm warm and some was cold . Restaurant was almost empty so no excuse for slow service and poor quality food .

Thanksgiving meal absolute disaster. -10 stars if we could. Waited 45 min for a table via online. Waited 10 min to be recognized by server, then pounded with food order not even asking about drinks. 35 min wait for food which(just me and mrs) and only mine came out because kitchen messed up, (+really limited menu selections) I ordered breakfast- came out cold all of it- mrs never even received any plate and that was after almost an hour. Waitress says she going to talk to manager and comes back and says our water and dt coke and biscuits were comped and was free to go..but wait- no manager appearance, nothing to say of we order 2 of the limited avail choices and weren't going to be charged- very generous(for no meals anyway lmfao). How about the 2 hours wasted to not even be able to eat -when had been planning visit for 2 wks- thanks for being open i guess.

This location seem to not know who was to be the waitress for us! The daily special food, turkey & dressing was Cold! Ran out of drink! Will not visit Gastonia location again!

Food was good. Service was bad. Had ask for silverware and napkins and signal a waitress for drink refill. Waitress was young and not trained in my opinion. Will return to see if service improves.

It took 50 minutes to get our food and the food was cold when we got it

Patti (hostess) was extremely rude. Tossed menus on table, cut my mother off mid sentence. Genuine attitude of unprofessionalism.
