Was given wrong order via curbside, then I get home and dominos calls me to tell me they have my order still at the store and gave me someone else order. Then ask if I could bring it back and swap out for mine. When I get to the store an employee brings out my order then ask if he can get the other order that was in my passenger seat. I said yes and he took the pizza. I asked if they could do anything for this error and was told he couldn’t and that I would have to go inside. I followed him inside and saw the pizza that was in my car put back on track for the correct customer. I asked for the manager and the lady with a hat full of pins asked what I wanted and I simply asked what she could do. I had to ask for a cheesy bread for the inconvenience and there was no apology or offer of a refund. I had to wait 20 minutes for the cheesy bread. I believe that it’s a safety issue to re-issue food that left the store and made it to my house then back to the store to another customer.

I Don’t eat dominos but I had tried a slice of spinach pizza from them at work for the first time and it was good so I thought I would give them a try. Pizza was baked fresh and good. Place the order online and it was ready by the time I got there. Enjoyed the deal they had today so I didn’t feel like I wasted my money if I didn’t like it. Would try them again next time in the area.
I gave 3 on atmosphere because the smell when you walk in the door.

Well overall, flavor was good but we ordered 2 personal deep pan pizzas and received what appeared to be flat bread pizzas.
I don’t think they made the wrong pizzas, just made the pizzas wrong. Execution was good enough to not complain especially because the Delivery driver was pleasant, cheery and attentive with great communication skills.

I have been to this location several times. Each time I have been greeted by everyone. The manager, Madison is always friendly and eager to help. She makes sure order is just right and we are satisfied.
Kid-friendliness: They have a step where children can stand and watch their pizza being made.

I order delivery from this Domino's frequently for a disabled relative. He loves the pies, and they are always so kind to deliver to his preferred entrance so he doesn't have to try to maneuver stairs. That's a biggie for us since other places frequently leave deliveries where he can't get to them, despite specific instructions. Pizzas are always as ordered and drivers super considerate and kind to my loved one. Thank you!

First time ordering from this location Placed and order and the pizza with sausage and pepperoni had hardly any cheese or toppings on it and was to a lot of bubbles and I was told the reason why it looked like that was because it was in the box and had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake the one pizza and the second pizza with bacon and pepperoni looked alittle better and the cheese my bread had burn makes all around it.
I placed an order and I waited over an hour. The order went to saying it was delivered so I called the dominos in Gastonia nc off new hope road to ask them where my order was. They paused no one said anything for a few seconds then I heard a few laughs and the girl said it has not been delivered give it a few mins. So that goes by and she waited just as good as they closed so that I couldn’t call back when the minutes went by. This is the 3rd time I have not got my delivery and don’t never get my refund or anything from it. So today marked my last time ever ordering from Dominos on new hope road in Gastonia nc. Sad they do people like that and others have said it has happened to them as well out here where I stay at. They don’t bring our orders here so they want be getting my service ever again.!!!!
