Not sure who took my order in the drive through but my ticket says Sabrina she had extremely long xxl nails ngl kinda gross to see when handling food. But whoever took my order had a really bad attitude very passive aggressive for no reason. I remember the type of workers that they had years ago when I would go hang out after school and it was great vibes then but this woman or girl was so nasty, give people some grace if they don’t understand the menu. Don’t be passive aggressive because you hate your job and you’re having a bad day. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going back i don’t care if the food is good. I don’t want to be served by nasty women. You work at an ice cream/doughnut shop why would you be angry lol you should be happy that’s a chill job! How stressed out can you be by doughnuts and ice cream cones🤣

I ended up leaving the drive through this morning because the woman working it was SO rude, pushy, and impatient. I’ve never had an experience like that ar this location before. There’s another Dunkin down the street so I chose to go there. I will never be back at this location again because dealing with someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there or have time to help customers is not worth it.

05/29/25 around 2pm went into store to see what ice creams were available for my kids inside of ice cream freezer and ice cream containers were dead/dying cockroaches

Walked in to get coffee and ice cream and there was roaches crawling around the ice cream and a couple in some of the ice cream. I was too revolted to take a picture. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all cost. That’s a hazard.

In my opinion this isn’t a great location and the food doesn’t taste very fresh. The last time I ordered breakfast from there the hash browns were extremely old and they also didn’t have a large variety of donuts.

Maria is wonderful. I also really like this guy (forgot his name). He's so nice and has a good personality. There is another woman who makes me feel like family when she doesn't even know me. This dunkin is the best. They have the patience of a saint. I have been inside a few times and have seen the high school kids next door, come in and be so rude to them. I've witnessed women try to cuss them out because she messed up her own order etc etc. Every time, they handle is so well (much better than I would have when I was a server/ manager)
The food is good. They are sweet and will let me make my sweet pepper bacon more crispy than it sometimes comes. They get it out fast and are pleasant to deal with.
I've worked in the food industry for about 17 years now. I know how employees are treated and I know how little respect and pay they get for what they do. Keeping a consistent staff who make the experience enjoyable, quick and easy is very hard!
Give this team something! Because you arw lucky. You've got a great team working in this store. Also, I LOVE that they say Happy Holidays. It is nice to see people accepting that there are many many other holidays besides christmas esp since most of those were around long before Christmas.
