Worst DD ever. 5 minutes to order then was told they had no donuts, no muffins nothing. Just coffee. 😂 what a joke.

Horrible experience I came yesterday around noon why did I have to wait 30 plus minutes for a single coffee an donut when they're just standing around talking cursing shouldnt take that long ,not to mention how dirty the restaurant is needs deep cleaning pretty sure I seen a roach crawling.... disgusting

Maria is wonderful. I also really like this guy (forgot his name). He's so nice and has a good personality. There is another woman who makes me feel like family when she doesn't even know me.
This dunkin is the best. They have the patience of a saint. I have been inside a few times and have seen the high school kids next door, come in and be so rude to them. I've witnessed women try to cuss them out because she messed up her own order etc etc. Every time, they handle is so well (much better than I would have when I was a server/ manager)

The food is good. They are sweet and will let me make my sweet pepper bacon more crispy than it sometimes comes. They get it out fast and are pleasant to deal with.

I've worked in the food industry for about 17 years now. I know how employees are treated and I know how little respect and pay they get for what they do. Keeping a consistent staff who make the experience enjoyable, quick and easy is very hard!

Give this team something! Because you arw lucky. You've got a great team working in this store. Also, I LOVE that they say Happy Holidays. It is nice to see people accepting that there are many many other holidays besides christmas esp since most of those were around long before Christmas.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Customers should never feel like they are bothering the cashier by asking questions. Also my mobile order was marked ready but still missing a coffee and when I asked for it they were rude. It was still in the mixer they said 🤨

I come to this dunkin all the time and order through the drive through. My orders are sometimes 12 items and never have been tuned away. Today my wife had our two children 3y/o and 10 month old in the vehicle and went through the drive through. She ordered and added a few more items for visiting family but it was not more than what we have ordered in the past. The rude lady in the drive through demanded my wife to come inside because our order was too big for a drive through order. There is no sign anywhere saying a limit, and I’ve ordered more in the past so why was this never addressed? I think it’s unprofessional to make up rules as we go, drive through or front counter the order would still need to be prepared by the same person/people. She embarrassed my wife and after my wife explained she was only using the drive through because of the kids she was rude and told her to wait out front and we will bring out the food. Of course they did not rush to make or walk out her order. I’m not sure what the problem is but if you don’t need this job or don’t want to work there you can find another that you don’t have to deal with people. But I’ve worked customer service my whole life and I know that is not how you do business. I will be making it my mission to escalate this issue as high up as possible so no mom has to deal with people like this.

One of my favorite places. I get coffee there almost every morning. The staff is friendly and always recognize me and say hello.

Parking: Great coffee. Dunkin is my favorite coffee. They have other selections, but I always get coffee (sometimes donuts which are great too).

This is my go-to place for Dunkin' Donuts. I rarely ever had a bad experience here. However I had a friend and his wife come to fix my fence that was damaged in the hurricane. I ordered 25 munchkins to go and 3 coffees. when his wife and I tried to eat the donuts we noticed them to be extremely doughy and under baked. They were so gross we did not eat the rest of them I was more concerned about her then was myself. she was 12 weeks pregnant. Raw dough is not good and can cause salmonella and jeopardize her pregancy.. I tried to call the number for thos location online and found it disconnected. It was the same number on the receipt. I double checked the number a few times to make sure I dialed it right. I did. Then I called the corporate.number and they told me this store was indepentluly operated and they would get in touch with them for me and someone would reach out within 48 hours. They said they also had no idea why the number for the store was disconnected. No one has reached out. It's been over a week now.I still have my receipt and the box of munchkins. Not happy!
