About 5 people behind the counter and no one knew what they were doing. Took 20 minutes to make 1 sub with only one other customer in the restaurant.

Do not eat here. They have literally the worst attitudes! Waited over 30 minutes for my pickup order. Had to inform them of the order just to be met with more rudeness. The staff was threatening to cancel everyone’s order. Never ever again will we eat here!!

This firehouse subs location is absolutely the worst. Don’t ever go here. I placed a Mobile Pickup Order at 1PM and it wasn’t ready till 1:55PM. It takes them 10 minutes to just bag 1 order. No one knows what they are doing in there and there is 0 communication or compensation. Just avoid this location if you want to save your sanity.

Ordered two turkey bacon ranch with chips the first time and they messed that up (missing bacon and chips) so had to reorder it, then called up to the store to see if they had bacon and they said yes just for them to mess up the order again.

Classic bait & switch. On Veterans Day they advertised a “free combo meal for veterans.” However when I ordered it they said they changed it to a buy-one-get-one free sandwich only. I showed them the advertisement and they said sorry you’ll have to talk to the owner. Other veterans were in there too and they walked out like I did.

I placed a delivery order through the firehouse sub app and it got stolen when I called to see what could be done the manager was super rude and didn’t wanna offer any help all I was told to do was call Uber Eats. I then called Uber Eats and they told me it was on them so I called them back and told the manager what was said the manager told me it wasn’t on them there was nothing they could do and that she wasn’t going to argue with me and hung up in my face. She was super rude. I order at firehouse all the time one of my favorite places to eat but not after that. As a manager I don’t understand how you could get away with treating customers the way she did. Never had an experience so horrible.

Went there for lunch today stood in front of the order counter for about 10 mins the two employees behind the counter didn't say one word to me. After not being recognized or asked to take my order I walked out.

I never had a Firehouse sub and truthfully I was satisfied with Quiznos and Subway and McAlister's but Firehouse is actually better than all of them

Went in around 1:30 there were two people working and both were extremely rude. Waited 10 minutes in line without being acknowledging by anyone as they worked on online orders. Finally one lady asked if they were taking orders then was told you just need to wait we got 17 orders were working now so everyone in line left after hearing that response left and one was even an uber eats driver. This was the second experience at this location like this.

I order a medium wheat meatball sub combo, machine had no ice, only warm unsweetened tea, waited over 20 min for my food, get home to eat and it is a half wheat half white bread sub. Well I won't be coming back again.

So... have you ever felt like you're waiting at the DMV while at a restaurant... if not I would highly recommend this place to have that experience, and after 35 min we got our food... of course it wasn't correct and had cheese so I decided to just take the food and deposit it in the trash where it belongs at subway where im getting a correct order in minutes lol
