Golden Coral is almost always busy. They keep the buffet stocked and decent. Food is hot. Servers keep up with clearing tables and drinks full. Since you have to pay in full, there isn't a way to add a tip unless you have cash at your table. Not the best buffet I've had, but it is worth the visit.

I completely understand, I went on Thanksgiving too. However, they were clearly understaffed in both the dining room and the kitchen. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our order — we didn’t even have drinks. People who came in after us were already getting waited on before we were.
I finally went up and asked if someone was coming. It then took another 25 minutes to get our food, and when it arrived it was cold. It even tasted like it had perfume in it. We also had to ask for drink refills three different times.
If there are constant staffing issues, then something clearly isn’t right — whether it’s the pay or the management. It’s definitely something that needs to be looked into, because I won’t be coming back to this location.
5 waitresses on thanksgiving is not worth it. You are putting more work on them …
