The fry’s was way to salty and when back to the counter ask for some fry’s less salty and the woman give me fry’s out of what I had said was to salty and didn’t even drop new fry’s so they wouldn’t be salty and the hotdog had hardly any chili bad customer service 😔😔
Spent $28.00 for my husband and I dinner. His monster burger, the cheese was cold, not even melted. The large fry was 1/2 full of soggy cold fries. My chicken tender plate was a joke. The tenders were so small, all breading, burnt, and to tough to even chew. Also only 1/2 order of soggy fries in mine. I know it's fast food, but for almost $30.00 and the foods so bad, you have to go back out and get more food that's ridiculous. My husband emailed corporate because calling the restaurant does no good when they don't answer. If you want Hardee's DON'T WASTE YOU $$$ AT THIS ONE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Do not even atempt please... I never complain. I'm always inderstanding. I'm very patient. I never fuss or argue. I never leave a bad review even on the most ridiculous things... but this was just horrible.. an online order 15 mins before i arrived, told drive thru and was told to park, waited 35 mins went in waited 15 more to even be asked, order wasn't even started yet, waited 15 more over an hour at this point was missing half my order and what I had was wrong, waited almost 20 more for it to be fixed. I was one of 6 waiting inside when I went in 3 others orders were wrong and they were simple like 1 combo meal orders. Watched atleady 30 cars easily get their food through the drive thru. Watched a lady pull up and park immediately get her order and leave after I'd been parked 35 mins. Every order we've had this year from here has been late and missing items. We decided to do pick up instead of delivery and it was even worse. Just save your time please. People were walking slowly laying things random. Guy took a sausage patty put of a guys wrong order laid it on the counter in the back fixed his order and reused the patty... one lady messed up a bacon egg and cheese saying a ham and egg. They were purposely only doing drive thru orders and the inside lady was in the bathroom 15 minutes or longer not making any of the inside orders. Then when she returned went slower than I've ever seen anyone move even my 96 yr old grandma. Just not worth your time!

Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, loaded omelet biscuits combos, the sandwiches were crushed almost flat in the bag and was shorted one potato rounds, tables in dining area were stained from previous evening, a cockroach was laying upside down on the floor, worst Hardee's I've ever been to. They really need to tighten up, just before we left I saw the manager spit in the wastebasket when he walked by...apparently he had some sort of dip tobacco he was sucking on...

I worked at this hardees and I'm telling you right now you don't want to eat there. You think what you see is disgusting, imagine all the things you don't see that's in the back of the restaurant. This was very recently.
