I love the omelets here. I get the one with steak and my brother the ham and cheese. They have great breakfast meals for 6.00. The wait staff is friendly and quick to wait on you. Will be going back.

My avocado on my omelette is so disgusting why would you even serve me this? I can't believe you guys would allowed this. I won't be back just very disappointed! I spend about 80 dollars for take out order and I get this. Very horrible!!!!!

Had the worst experience ever here! The makings of a horror film for sure creepy creepy creepy. The service was horrifyingly terrible and scary. This place needs to be closed immediately. We literally ran to our car and decided to go to the ihop in Shelby. Someone do something with these people.

I just had the most unfortunate experience at this IHOP. When we arrived we were not greeted with a smile, the waiter just placed us at a table and had no personality. When we ordered our food and it was brought to our table, he did so without any napkins. We had to literally ask for them. Towards the end of our meal, he said to my significant other, "you ordered it, now you have to eat everything!" That was truly offensive to say the least. He was also creating a habit of hovering, esp at the time of giving a tip, it felt like he was expecting a huge tip from me (which I only gave him $5 due to the lack of personality and other things that were stated). Also, the menus were not taken when we ordered, they were taken at the end of our meal. Very disappointed with the service.

I have no star for food because my omelet tasted like rubber, My pancakes were like 2 black frisbees. Nasty 🤮I waited at Curbside for 15 extra mins after tjey said my food would be ready. When i went in the atmospere was cold and odd and the waitress/manager when asked why my food wasnt brought out. She said im here alone😖Okay first Ihop get aomeone to run this looking right, clean up the surroundings, and the restaurant and hire knowledgable people and please fire the so called cooks in tje back because they are not doing it right. Breakfast supposed to be the best part of the day and this crap just made me sick for the weekend. I will never ever never come back to this location.

At this location, I do not enjoy the atmosphere of the establishment. The energy is unsettling. The waitstaff isn't easy to deal with. As for the food, it is amazing! Ordering online wasn't challenging to use. I chose curbside as an option just to arrive and see all other customers after me get served before me. I called the number displayed from the site and it is disconnected. I had to come inside and notify the waitstaff. Please fix this inconvenience.

Ordered an omelette and a side of well done hash browns. The hash browns were browned on top but nothing else. They tasted like grease. Pancakes came with my omelette, but I had to ask for them. Food took longer than normal, especially with little customers within the restaurant. When the food did arrive to our table it definitely had been sitting and was cold. Didn’t get any napkins. Had to ask for them. Filled our drinks by bring another glass. The end of our table was filled with several empty glasses. But the server never took them away. Never checked on us. Had to flag him down. Got the syrup from the basket and it stuck to it. Put it on the table. When I reached for it, it also stuck to the table and the top screwed off because it was stuck to the table. But he made sure to get my money!
