The entire property appears to be a homeless encampment. We pulled in the parking lot and headed for the door. In the parking lot there were about 10 homeless who had obviously set up a long term encampment. We were approached by two of them right at the front door asking for money. There were several more sitting around the restaurant on the ground and where all the cars were parked. We turned around and left, as we did not feel comfortable. Another customer told us this is a daily event

Was very disappointed in my experience here. We were eating there about dinner time around 6 pm on Sunday November 23rd and I went to the front near kitchen to ask our waitress Brooke a question and I could hear the cook in the back talking extremely loud about the amount of âfemale partsâ he was getting. I had my 5 year daughter with me and it was very unprofessional and very rude of him. I asked the waitress the cooks name and I believe she said it was CJ. He also was saying the lords name in vain over and over again using a foul mouth around my daughter and around my mother. I could over hear him saying he couldnât wait to get off work and get high. We spend a lot of money here on the regular and never had a bad experience but you guys should really consider what trash you have working in the kitchen. As we were leaving we heard the same cook catcall another customer as he walked by her to the bathroom and said that she had a âfattyâ. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional to hear that so loud and blatantly coming from the cooks mouth for everyone in the restaurant to hear. Our waitress Brooke was very professional and very knowledgeable and fast when it came to helping us with our orders. She was a very sweet young girl and it also seemed as if the cook was making her uncomfortable as well with his behavior. We enjoyed her very much but Until he is gone, we will spend our money elsewhere for the time being. Thanks a lot. .

Only people in the entire restaurant and it took 20min to get 1 burger meal and a chicken finger meal both over cooked . We ordered 2 milk shakes that where ok but won't eat there again.. which is sad because we use to eat at IHOP back home every Sunday after church

Came into the establishment and there was maybe 4 people seated eating, with probably 4 associates sitting (literally) sitting down doing nothing. After we were seated our waitress (Jnasia M) who was sitting in the bath right behind us near the register, waited at least 5-7 minutes to get up and come serve us. Once placing our order we wait at least 20 minutes to be served our food, which was brought out looking like slop, I wouldnât even feed my dog, and of course directions were not followed when given specifics for the order. Once I asked to speak with the manager he acted as if he no big deal with our dissatisfaction, he did not apologize but he did offer to remake the food, cause of course the establishment wants there money. They took my the places away before I could take pictures of the mess they brought out to us. I think donât new management is handle this establishment very well. Waitress (Jnasia M) was always walking around complaining about her tips getting cut when personally sheâs not doing anything to âearnâ a tip. She never once came and asked how we we were doing, we had to ask a whole different waitress to get us more sweet tea. She had at least walked by us 8 times and didnât even speak

The active manager on duty was DeAndre. He was very helpful and very, very nice. Heâs the only reason for the three stars if it wasnât for him, I wouldâve given his place one star. This is some of the nastiest food I ever tasted. The potatoes were instant and itâs like they fixed them with cold water. They had no flavor. I ordered fish. The fish was an extra large fish stick. I would never recommend it do not get it. The Shrimp is just nothing to talk about They replaced my mashed potatoes with grits. I put everything in those grits to try to get a flavor and a taste. They were just completely nasty. I got a to go breakfast platter to take home and it was way better than the meal I ate in the restaurant, but the pancake was laughable. Kids eat free here on Wednesday I believe between 4 and 8. They have a military discount. If I ever go back to this place, it will be for breakfast items only. The things I did like about this place is that it was very clean and it stays open 24 hours. Beware of what you order off the menu and you might enjoy your visit.

Waited a while to be seated due to there only being one staff member in duty. So the wait is understandable. Waitress was very nice and friendly. The were out of some of the items we want, tea was awful tasting and ants on the tables. With all the sweets offered, ants are bound to be an issue. Food was cold when it arrived.
