The active manager on duty was DeAndre. He was very helpful and very, very nice. He’s the only reason for the three stars if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve given his place one star. Visited IHOP Gastonia 9/21/25 about 9pm no cars in parking lot.
Our server was great food was good
Only issue I had that I let the manager know guy making food was eating something in kitchen with gloves on for all to see.
Manager didn’t apologize or say I’ll speak to him, only that guy had learning disability but he changed his gloves. How would mgr know. I know some ppl you do have to remind them of procedures, policies rules & food safety...

I love the omelets here. I get the one with steak and my brother the ham and cheese. They have great breakfast meals for 6.00. The wait staff is friendly and quick to wait on you. Will be going back.
