they never wanna give you any sauce with the order and they make every excuse not to, what’s the point of ordering something and not have everything you need for your food?? I like the food itself, but I wont ever place another order with them again, and neither should you, they are greedy, with service like that, they should close down if they don’t treat customers right

DoorDash delivery driver was fast! But the food quality was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Sweet&Sour Chicken was very overcooked and almost no meat to the pieces, mostly burned breading, cold, dry and awful. Very little sauce provided. Rice was just okay. Sugar donuts same thing, way overcooked yet cold upon delivery and I only live 15 minutes away from the restaurant! There's no way Jade Express used freshly prepared food for my order. I was very disappointed and it was expensive too. $30 by the time delivery was included for a one person meal without drink. I threw most of the food away.

Please Jade Express don’t try and reply back with your auto lies.The food was totally dried out. Didn't look like it through the window. My crab ragoons were hard as hell with no feeling. I truly believe that the only reason a lot of people buy from you because your the only only spot in this Eastridge Mall that really need demolishing.
