Every single time you're out of the bread of choice, do you think if everybody likes that bread you might want to make more of it or do you even care about the customer anymore

Never had any issues with this location. Jersey Mike's has the best subs. Customer service is okay most of the time, can be hit or miss. Subs are always delicious.

I was trying to call in a group order because a client offered to treat us and pay, hence why we can't order online without his payment info. Between me and my manager, we've called about 12 times over the last 1.5 hrs. No answer what so ever.

Amazing as usual

I was there today. There is a man in there. Heavyset. No greeting. He’s slicing the bread and throwing, I mean tossing it very angrily off to the side. He needs to get another job. He has a very nasty disposition. I lost my appetite and left.

I'll start with the positive things: The store was clean and the food was okay (not the freshest)
There were five people behind the counter (no other customers) and not one person looked up to greet us when we walked in the door. Even as I walked by the counter and said hello, there was no eye contact or acknowledgement of us until I said that I placed an order online. Also, while we were waiting, my son and I could hear the heavy white man cussing and complaining.
Customer service is just as important as the food and cleanliness of a restaurant. I could understand if it was just one person having a bad day but all five people? We won't be back.

Rude Rude Rude No Hey How Are You Customer Service Sucks from Every Employee I Spend $100 a month at this location but not anymore the sandwich initiates with glasses always seem upset to have customers and the young lady on the register thinks that she is too cute to say hey how are you doing Customer Service Sucks Big Time!!!!!

I've been going there for a while, but that's come to an end. The owner's son (may be the owner now) has little understanding of customer service or management (entitled maybe?). As the owner of a small business with a number of full-time employees, I understand it can be stressful. However, you never direct this stress toward the paying customer. You had only five people to manage along with your own professional courtesy. Exercise more—it will do you some good!

25 years competing in combat sports, and today was about to be my first time being clubbed by a number 19. Stay away, or if not, better you find humor in the guys attitude.

Would love to at least be greeted and someone acknowledge my presence. Stood there for 10 minutes while they made a party order. The only kind person was the tall, black gentleman who made my sandwich…
