This Jimmy John’s location is always spotless, quick, and staffed with some of the friendliest people around. Heather, the manager, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly you can tell she truly cares about her team and customers. Our family loves how polite and consistent everyone is it’s our go-to place when we want something easy and delicious for dinner.

It takes the smallest level of care to follow instructions but the employees here can’t even do that. Rude service. Ignored me twice and charged me more than they should have because they made a regular instead of a giant. It’s not the money at this point, it’s the principle. This is unacceptable. Do better

Staff was all smiles. Knew menu items well and assisted in customizing my sammich. Store was clean and smelled like fresh bread ... My fav smell EVER. FOOD WAS FABULOUS AS ALWAYS. I was In the restaurant during lunch on 6/20. I witness A young man finding hair in his sandwich. He took it up to manager and she looked at it pulled a long piece of hair out of the sandwich. She held it up showed another worker they both laugh. She threw it in trash told worker to make sandwich. This worker was also on the line helping making sandwiches. She did not change her gloves or was her hands. This will be the LAST time I eat at this location.

I love the food but when I grabbed my two sandwiches I was getting two waters one for me and my girl. Chubby curly hair dudes yells at me that I cant get drink and I say I’m getting water. Continues to be an ass for a man getting free water.
