The food is always good, and the atmosphere is cool. The employees need to at least act like they appreciate you being there, that’s the reason for the three stars for service. Remember we’re the ones that get you paid. Be more welcoming of your customers, more will come and your pay will increase.

It's just so expensive for what you get. I got 2 sandwiches. I tried saving money by getting no sides, no drinks. I still paid 20 bucks. TWENTY BUCKS FOR 2 8 INCH SANDWICHES??? I said never again to Jimmy Johns about 2 years ago. I guess I'm the sucker for giving them another chance.

It took me awhile to taste the meat on my sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with what came on it, no I'm not going to pay 1.30 for a piece of cheese, sandwich is already 8.12 really! The cashier was giving me the smart eye look (like I dare you to complain)

Ordered A Porker, Ham And Bacon, When I Got Home Realized I Had A Lettuce And Tomato Sandwich With A Hint Of Bacon And Ham, Paying Almost $10.00! I Called The Store,Manger Tells That It's The Right Weight From Corp., And I Told Him That You're Cheating Customers! He Hangs The Phone Up On Me, He Won't Have To Worry About Jimmy John's Local Or Corporate Because I Won't Be A Customer There Anymore! Words Are Powerful When Service Is Bad! Don't Be Disrespectful Sir And Think You've Had Last Word, I'm Speaking For All Customers Who've Had Bad Experiences And Just Didn't Make A Review!?
Placed a delivery order. It was missing the drink when it arrived. The receipt taped clearly and visibly to the front of the bag showed the drink and the charge for it. I was told I could call but could only get a free drink on my next order (which would also have to be placed by phone because there was apparently no way to credit me for the missing item). The sandwich also was not cut in half as requested, nor were there napkins enclosed as requested. There was a straw in the bag, though, for my nonexistent drink! This will be my last time ordering anything from this JJ location.

The food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere left something to be desired. Don't get me wrong, the restaurant was squeaky clean. But the music being played was completely inappropriate for a restaurant where a family or older couple (who we did see) may come in to dine. If I want to hear nightclub music, I'll go to a nightclub. Hearing about banging two chicks and girl on girl action and slap dat boots is not what I consider appropriate in an establishment like Jimmy John's. Freaky Fast and Fresh? Yes. Freaky in the sheets? I don't care to know about someone else's proclivities.

Took my family there yesterday for lunch was nobody in there they act like we were getting on their nerves the one guy took our order then walked off and told the girl they didn't tell me what they wanted after my wife told him we wanted 2 Philly cheesesteaks one pepperoni sub with just meat and bread and I told him what I wanted then he just walked off like he didn't hear us the worst customer service I ever had I will never eat there again need to get rid of all those people and get new employees
