SMH.....😤😤😤 This place is absolutely horrible!! I will start eating cereal and cold cut sandwiches!! I wasn't feeling very well after running errands and remembered I had KFC coupons. The two piece meal I got was not a leg and thigh!! It was a leg and a super dry chicken breast!! I ordered some hot wings on the side they looked like they were cooked two weeks ago!!! There was no biscuit and the staff was just standing standing around looking lost!! I will be cooking at home from now on!! They just hire anybody to work with food now!! But I am done!!!

I placed a mobile order using the $5 off $10 deal. All I ordered was 6 spicy wings, wedges, and a sweet tea. The app said my food was ready, yet I still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. It wasn’t even busy—just a couple people eating and a few waiting.
When I went to the counter, the employee told me they hadn’t even started cooking the wings and it would be another 8 minutes. Her only solution was to offer me something else. I didn’t want to wait anymore, so I asked for a breast, wing, and wedges. The only thing actually ready was the sweet tea sitting on the counter. She apologized for the wait, but if you’re going to offer a replacement, at least make sure it’s something you’d actually serve to a customer. She knew what she was doing and didn’t care at all.
The replacement food was terrible. The chicken looked old and thrown together, and the wedges were soggy instead of crispy. I didn’t even notice how bad it was until I got home and opened the box.
Overall, it was an awful experience from start to finish. Never again!

All the food I got was terrible. Chicken livers had to wait and cook did not taste fresh.chicken wings burnt.and the chicken taste like the worst I've ever tasted. Potato wedges did not have any potatoes in them. All grizzly.and hard.i would have taken it back but didn't want myself to get in trouble. Paid 35 bucks the nasty est food. And I'm sure they probably want fix it.

Chicken was soggy with seemingly old grease sitting in the fry basket for too long. They didn’t give me the proper pieces. Thought I wouldn’t notice only one leg and one wing was missing. Other pieces were dried out like jerky. Basically, not fit to eat. All this garbage after calling to make sure they had chicken and I was assured they did. Lies! Terrible management obviously.
The hot honey chicken was simply the chicken straps with the dip poured on top. Paid extra for what I could have done my self wasn't evenly distributed. Complete waste of money.
