The hot honey chicken was simply the chicken straps with the dip poured on top. Paid extra for what I could have done my self wasn't evenly distributed. Complete waste of money.

I asked how much the chicken nuggets worth some guy was telling me $3 and some change for the five piece and then some woman got on the intercom and said a 10-piece is 599 so I ordered the 10-piece and I got home and this is what I got a seven-piece with one of them a baby peace

We ordered the 8 pc + 8 tenders family meal and when we got home, the bucket for the 8pc contained just tenders. We never got the 8 pc so we paid $30 for 16 tenders and a couple sides. When we tried to call to report it ,they have their phones off the hook so it rings busy twice and disconnects. Terrible terrible terrible service.

Online ordering has been unavailable for over 2 weeks at this location. As a large family with kids this is annoying. Way easier for me to do a large order online and make sure it’s right. Also any of their promotions are through the app. Not sure what’s going on and will receive no business from us until it’s fixed.

Came to pick up a delivery, sat and waited for over 30 mins for 1 order, 15 mins into the wait I’m being told there is now a 14 min wait for crispy. It was preordered so it was known what was needed before I walked in to get the order. every associate on the floor was joking around and playing OR talking about smoking in the bathroom, standing around looking at others and yelling from the front counter to the back for laughs. Meanwhile..the managers did absolutely nothing! They heard, they saw, they done nothing! I cancel any orders requested from there! Too much playing with time and around peoples food!

Very disorganized. Server on the counter kept head down so they didn't have to acknowledge customers. Orders screwed up. Manager trying her best to correct, but most could gave been taken care of if server at the counter would pay attention.

Have been to this particular restaurant 2 times in the last 30 days. 1st trip ordered through the drive thru window. 2nd time was online order to save money. Both experiences were same , no biscuits at all, wrong dipping sauces and large sides were completely left out of bag. Tired to complain by calling and no one answered the phone 3 times. Filed two complaints online and no response, avoid this place unless you're starving or enjoy being of no value as a customer and appreciate being cheated out of what you paid for.
I went Friday bought the 8 PC meal with sides paid full price & all my chicken was legs & thighs. No breast or wings. I shouldn't have had to pay full price for that. Dissatisfied

Always great food, Service as well, but ya know when you go to some places you know someone dosen't want to be there, but that's all of us? Food always good and hot, my bad I didn't ask for extra sauces on my nuggets or Sandwich, but overall, Thankful this people's are doing there job to keep us all going and that's what America need's, Dang I could probably eat a bucket of them green beans, Prayers for this staff, keep on keeping on, God Bless us all stay safe, Thanks to all of you

Still my favorite KFC. Had chicken little combo with fries and orange Mountain Dew. It was good. Ordered a bucket of chicken and sides for the weekend. I'm disappointed that the sides bowls of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese weren't full. Tasted good though. Slaw was full. Little too sweet for me. Added Duke's mayo. Helped some. Biscuits are a little doughy. Maybe undercooked.Like rocks when cold, but tasted good after warmed up in the oven. Services was fast and I like the senior discount.
