Why is our KK so getto? As we were sitting at the kiosk waiting to order, we noticed how old the lighted sign is displaying the menu. After waiting 5 min, a young lady comes out and writes a sign saying CLOSED, with no explanation or apologies. Wow! Customer service is dead here.

Highly recommend to step inside rather than to use the drive thru. Although they were not understaffed or had a long line of customers inside, it seems that they prioritize in-person vs drive thru.
Aside from that, lovely experience inside! Nice customer service. We ordered a dozen glazed and they were all picked freshly from the conveyor belt!
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp to enter the building. No steps!

Please never has anything available. Placed an online order for 6 dozen doughnuts for work 12 hours in advance. Showed up the next morning for pickup time and they inform me that they have no doughnuts available. This happened to multiple people. At least call and notify me next time.

Don't bother.... second time in two weeks I have tried to go there to get my team donuts around 645am after they open and there's people inside, donuts in the counter but they are closed and won't help you.
