Ordered online and was quoted 30-40 minute delivery. Called store 45 minutes later because I had to take my daughter to a sporting event and just wanted to see an approximate time. If it was too long I would have just canceled my order. The lady that answered the phone was rude, hurried, and told me a bold face lie about they just gave my food to the delivery driver. 30 minutes later I go to cancel my order because it still has not arrived and now I need to leave. As I was chatting with a representative to cancel my order I received a text alert that they FINALLY handed my order over. Since they did that they could not cancel my order. We are in my car otw to my sporting event. This experience was horrible from start to finish. King mountain Little Caesars will have my business from now on. The ONLY good thing I have to say was my son’s food was straight outta the oven. My husband and mine had been in a warmer for some time.

This little caesars is trash. Every single time I place an online order i have to wait way past the ready time. Its never ready. Today i place an online order wait 15 minutes past the ready time because I know they will be slow. Go to the Restaurant and the inside is closed and I have to sit in the long drive thru line to get my order. It was over an hour from the point I ordered to the point I finally got the food. I am done with this little caesars. And also hire people who actually care

The wait is ridiculous, so I try to order online but it keeps telling me error. Then I try to call it in, and no they have it to where you cannot do that either. So I am going to have to wait 30 minutes in a cold parking lot while I order it then wait for it to cook, instead of making it easier and letting me call it in. I just hope they don't give my pizza away like last time then I have to wait even longer.

Th staff is very lax. I watched them tell us & several others that it would be 15-20 After we waited it was an additional 20 mins. Poor service & poor excuses for this display of service. Any quality GM that sees this should reach out to the manager & find a new staff. IMMEDIATELY

The little Ceasars in gastonia nc Davis Park rd . They are not organized. They have no respect for customers squabbling about whose job is what in front of custumers. The wait time for pizza is ridiculous, I've waited 30 mins to 45 mins for a single pizza.

I asked for light sauce the girl at the window told me that all ther classic pizza are made with light sauce and that was a lie cus when I got hot there was hella sauce on the pizza why can’t people just get what they pay for this is aggervating I have acid reflux that’s the reason why I asked for the light sauce in the first place
I wouldn’t order delivery from here. The last few orders I’ve had delivered had missing items. Today my delivery was missing an entire pizza.
Other than that, the food is typically up to par. I probably won’t order delivery from here again though.
