I ordered around 6:20pm, said the order would be ready for pickup at 7:04pm. I arrive at 7:10pm and the guy at the window told me to pull over and wait for my order. it is now 7:43pm and I'm still sitting here. I called the restaurant at 7:35pm as I have both my kids in the car waiting with me and they said "oh, it's been done for a while now". Are you serious?? My daughter went to pick up our order, and it was wrong. I called 15 times and was hung up on. So my husband and I went up there through drive thru. We had to beep our horn, this guy that works in there sat down stared at us and ate a piece of pizza and walked away. My husband beeped the horn again the manager asked us to pull around.
