Need to train your employees on their customer service skills and being prepared especially on the weekends. I DoorDash full time and timed on my orders staff just looks at u when u enter and normally the portal is never utilized. How long does it take to check an order that's been placed in ADVANCE and paid for? I waited in line 10 minutes to finally be told they were out of an item at 7:30 on a Saturday night. This has happened to me more than once and I decline these offers if I can and will encourage others to do same

Never went here before because too many kids hanging out and employees in and out not washing hands. Decided to give it a try again under new management and staff. Not much has changed. Pleased to see teenagers working, they still need guidance and supervision. Anyone working in food service needs to be EXTRA clean at all time. This will help cut down on sickness.

Ordered crazy puffs. Told it would be 12-15 minutes After 30 asked for a refund. Manager was not there so couldn’t get one. After 40 minutes the manager gets there but refuses to come help me because he has too much to do.

To put it simply, My Wife and I started going out of our way to go to this location because they just seem to be ontop of it, we had a closer location that always gave us issues, but here, they are on it. We place our orders in advance and they always got it ready when we get there. Keep it up New

Did an online order went to pick it up. With an attitude the so called manager said she didn’t get it. I showed her proof than she still called me a liar. After that she told a young man that she was working to come and get this “white boy”. The so called manager had red hair if that helps you know who she is. But to kick it off the order was in the system she was just too lazy to hit confirm, and the young man had to. This lady needs to be fired and all the people that were working there had attitudes.

Service I wish I could give a 0. Saw brah making pizza and had the sauce bucket on the floor the whole time, just talking on his phone making pizza. Several people walked in the lobby and ended up just walking out because no one even came to the front acknowledged them. I sat there and thought “who owns this place” like how are they making money…

They just need to close this place. The employee told me it would be a 5 min wait, but 30 min later I was still waiting. Ge and the 2 other employees stayed hidden in the back the whole time. 2 other people came in, stood waiting to order then left when they were ignored. Just another reason I stopped eating at fast food chain restaurants...and I will never go back.

Unless you get the two gentleman that have worked there for years then you might as well expect terrible an attitude, someone walking around in pajama pants, and a teenager that has not clue what they are doing. “I don’t see the order can you drive around again in 10 minutes.” What?
