Logan's in Gastonia never disappoints. Sunday night was great! Riley C is the best waitress you can find. You better ask for her when you go. She took care of our table so well that I would say she's the best I've ever had anywhere that I've gone. They restaurant is clean and bathrooms are clean. It was a great experience with an amazing waitress!

I’ve never been one to leave reviews, but after coming to this establishment over 100 times I’m guessing, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had I feel like this can’t go unspoken. Our server Tiffany, which we had thought was new by our experience, but after speaking with the manager had found out that’s not the case was not up to par tonight. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, which is expected because they were busy. It took about 40 minutes to get our drink order taken And about an hour to get our food after that. I can understand the restaurant was busy, but it seems other Tables were weren’t having the same issues as we watched multiple tables come in and out around us that had arrived after us. Almost 2 1/2 hours for something that should have taken Maybe an hour and a half, including the wait time to sit. We barely were attended to by our server who was missing majority of the time. We had issues with our checks not being split correctly twice but decided to not say anything the second time because she disappeared for 10 minutes the first time we addressed the issue and were eager to leave. And icing on the cake? I paid with cash and didn’t even receive all of my change back which im not sure was a mistake or not but didn’t wait around to find out. I did speak with the manager who was understanding and compensated us for around half of our tab for next visit which I’m very grateful for but I just think that was very extreme. Especially since I see other reviews from what I assume was tables around us who shared the same experience based off of what I heard sitting there for so long! Never have I ever been through something like this at an establishment.

I go to Logan’s about twice or once a month with my husband and son for a family night out. We’ve had bad experiences but this topped it off ! We waited an 1 1/2 for our food while everyone around have got seated after us and still ate and left before us as well. Got seated at 5:30 didn’t have our food until 7pm and the food was COLD AND RAW AND PINK. The waitress even pocketed our change she left with $80 and we waited 15 mins for her and she was never coming back so had to get up and look for her in the restaurant for our change back and she still didn’t have it she was running around with others receipts instead. So we just left and walked out without our change. We will never be back to such a sad establishment.
