Went to Logans today. Waitress came and took my wife & i drink order. Wife ordered water in a to go cup. I ordered a Coors Light. She informed us she couldn't serve alcohol to a table that had a to go cup! Only in Gastonia!

I've been to Logan several times. Good food great service definitely recommended. They put you in the mind of Texas Roadhouse.
Very accommodating server and manager. The fried mushrooms where good, the bread was very nostalgic and the creamy chicken soup was delicious when heated. The shrimp was cooked way over but they compt me the cost. This could be a great steak house.

Waitress was awesome but the kitchen needs to get their act together. How they skip an entire ticket is beyond me. Getting your entire meal after everyone else is finished eating, TWICE (salad and entree) is beyond embarrassing.
This was a terrible experience at this company dinner. The waitress was phenomenal but the kitchen messed up the ticket and of course, out of 16 people, my entire meal, including the salad, was left off in the kitchen. I got all of my food after everyone else was already finished. I had to get it boxed up to go because by the time it was ready, everyone was finished eating and the dishes were already being cleared off of the table. The party was over.
The manager was made aware during it all, and never once made an appearance, apologized or anything.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a great night. Our server, Taylor T., was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have a serious food allergy, and she handled it with the utmost care, making sure to communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure my meal was prepared safely. Speaking of the kitchen, a huge shout-out to them! They were clearly aware of the allergy and took every precaution. It's so reassuring to dine out and feel completely safe, and they nailed it. My meal was not only safe but also delicious and cooked to perfection. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had. The teamwork between Taylor and the kitchen staff was top-notch, making our dinner both enjoyable and stress-free. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I arrived quite late and were concerned that we may be too late to get good service. Anna Michelle quickly put those concerns to rest. She waited on us and treated us as if we were the most important customers of the day. Even while the late staff was cleaning and preparing to shut down, Michelle kept a good check on us to make sure everything was great. My wife is a salad lover. The salad that Michelle brought to her was perfect!!!! The food was hot and very good. When we return, it is certain that we will ask for Anna Michelle.
