The place has the worst customer service. I called 3 times to place a togo order and after being transferred all three time no one answered. I walked in to place a the order to be told there so be a hour wait for my order and I could not pay because I had other orders ahead of me and if I payed it would put me ahead of the others that have been waiting. After waiting for an hour my order still was ready apparently togo has no assistance and the managers that were on duty weren’t much help knowing that tickets were over an hour in togo.. my first and last time visiting this location.

I will never return to this location. Everything was fine—until it wasn’t.
Our server, Krista S., ruined the entire experience with her blatant profiling. After finishing our meal, she asked if we needed any to-go boxes. We requested one and the check. As usual, I pulled out my phone to scan the QR code to pay, something I’ve done countless times without issue. But this time? Krista immediately said, “Others have run out on the check by doing the QR code, so I have to stand here and watch you pay.”
Excuse me? Normally, I scan, pay, and the server gets notified. End of transaction. Instead, Krista hovered over me, literally looking over my shoulder as I entered my payment details—an incredibly invasive and humiliating experience. I called her out and asked if she was profiling me, to which she flat-out denied it—yet she continued to hover.
When I showed her that the QR code instructed me to see the server, she smugly responded, “We’ll take it old school and get card and paper.” She brought the check, I handed over my card, and—shockingly!—I paid for my meal. Because, of course, I was never planning to do anything else.
Here’s the real kicker: we were the only ones she treated this way. Anyone could skip out on a bill, QR code or not, yet somehow, we were the ones singled out.
This entire experience was insulting, humiliating, and absolutely unacceptable—especially in today’s economic climate when businesses should be treating paying customers with respect, not suspicion. Do better

Be mindful that the cooks in Gastonia longhorn don’t know how to cook a stake and it’s either raw or boot leather

We were there on 2.15.25 and received our order of steak which both came out raw. One was ordered well done and the other medium well. They offered to take them back and cook them a little more we said okay and I asked for a freshly prepared plate due to blood being all over my vegetables. When the steaks came back out my husbands was not much better than before and they said the prepped a brand new steak for me which was still very under cooked. We were so disappointed especially when you pay that price and that is the food you end up with. We typically would ask for it to have been removed from our bill but I think our appetites were so done that we were just ready to leave. Never had this issue here but won’t be going back for a while. Front staff and waitress were great, but the rest they need to figure out!

I was so disappointed 😞 I ordered a huge takeout - & my steak salad had less than five pieces of steak ..& my rib tip dinner was awful !!! I scheduled my pick-up & it was 30 mins ltr it was ready. - never again!!!

Worst customer service ever from host desk. Called day prior for my daughter’s birthday dinner manager on the phone explained that a party of 25 would be ok but we are not promised to sit together which was fine with us. Today we walking we walked in gave the host party size she responds with “oh no it won’t be today with a party that size, there is no way!” I explained that I had talked to manager the day before and what he had said. The other host chimes in saying “Not happening!”
We will never come back to this establishment again due to rudeness from the minute you step foot in the door.

Had lunch today. My T-bone could have been more tender. Our server Hakeem did wonderfully! He was very helpful with our ordering.

Called to place a Togo order on Dec. 21st,2024 a little over 1hr before closing. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Called back immediately and the phone didn’t work.

Went in was seated for about 30 minutes Noone came to take our order 2 sets of people came in and was seated and there order was taken so we got up and left 3 servers standing at the door turned there back to us as we were leaving i don't understand why but want try to eat here again and the place was not crowded.

We have been coming here for years and the food and service is excellent but the cleanliness has not changed for the better. Every time I have to wipe down the booth seats and sometimes the table. They never wipe down the booths and there’s usually grease and crumbs on them. I’ve showed two different managers and either they don’t care or the hosts/bussers don’t care. It’s like this when they are not busy as well. There’s three hostess hardly no wait and there’s no reason to be in a rush and clean the table half way.
