Went to gastonia location last night , ordered steak , mash potatoes and seasoned fries , when the food came it looked like regular fries, i inquired about it and the server told me its not seasoned actually but plain fries , i kept looking at my mash potatoes they looked odd , when i tasted them they were ice cold , and then at the end i realized they gave me potatoes with a ball off butter in the center , literally a ball of butter in the center , they hadnt even warmed up at the least the potatoes , food is to expensive to be getting this kind of service

EXCELLENT! I can’t say enough good things. Ryan is the best (and my only waitor when Iam there) keeps the drinks full, makes sure the food is right and makes you feel like your the only customer! The food is outstanding the chef deserves his kiddos as well! HIGHLY

We've been here for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Wait time to get seated was only about 10-15 minutes. Got bread, no knife. Got salads, no silverware. Had to go get our silverware. Beer took about thirty minutes. It's not busy. Waitress informed us it would be another 15 minutes before our food would arrive.Finally got food. I ordered a 9 oz filet med rare. Received a 6 oz. Was offered a 9 oz. It arrived rare, not seared, and a big piece of fat on it. Was offered another steak. Brought the same steak back out half medium, half well done. Didn't eat it.Also some of the staff got into a loud fuss in the kitchen that could easily be heard in the whole dining room.It's a shame how bad it was. Used to be a good restaurant years ago.

This place is crazy. Management doesn't seem to actually care, since you're one of thousands of customers. The past two experiences I've had have been stupid.. Like, why call if the fastest the phone is answered is over 16 minutes..? While a kid runs in and out the front door texting and/or talking on his cell phone the entire time... Why type in my order online asking for additions, or things to be left off, if you're going to do what you want anyway? And why did it take 57 minutes to get an incorrect Togo order at all!!!??? I was in the parking lot 35 minutes, and the location was dead..

Service was good but food was not. Presentation of it was not appetizing. Steak was over cooked, potato was not fresh, macaroni and cheese, cheese was all at the bottom on the serving dish. The hamburger looked like two burgers mushed together. I guess the shortage of workers in this area of business is real. Yes, they offered me another steak but I went to share a meal with my family not to sit and wait to watch each other eat separately.
