Arrived at 1140. Some dishes were empty, others had plenty of food. Food was good but mostly warm, not hot. I guess typical for a buffet open for 40 minutes. Waitress/waiter not sure which was pleasant and receptive. Overall, I will return. Good crowd but not packed.

This was definitely not a 4 star place. It's barely a 3. It was dead on a Saturday evening and not super clean. They got our order wrong, mixed things up and it just wasn't that great anyway. The ingredients were at the edge of being good. No one at our table of 7 finished their entree.

Always love walking into here and getting the best Mexican food in Gaston County. Service is always 9/10 or better here, and the food has never come out to the table wrong for me. Be honest with yourself. You want the Pollo Loco. Just get it. If you don't think you'll love it, trust me, you will, it's great!!
