Delicious Italian dishes that are awesome. Atmosphere is authentic and staff is very friendly as well as the owner, Tony! Love their daily specials. It’s hard to decide on just one entree. The portions are generous. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

I enjoyed the food I received, there are just a few discrepancies I had. The ravioli was just a tad bit raw, but other than that the food was phenomenal and delicious. The portions to price ratio was kinda off to me. The appetizers and the main meal were the same price, also the portion for the app were to small for the price. Then the vibe was interesting with some decor pieces and the music turing on and off. I think the food is delicious with great service, they just need to tweak some stuff.

A Google search for "best chicken Alfredo near me" brought me here. It is my daughter's favorite and it was her birthday. I went on and on about the stellar gnocchi reviews, I was excited for her to try it, it's going to be great! So...she got a panini. That aside, this little gem in downtown Gastonia, did not disappoint! I got a Pesto spaghetti with chicken (I can't remember the exact title of the dish and can't find it on the menu - promise I'll do better - see pictures) that was SO good, noodles perfectly al dente, I'd be hard-pressed not to get it everytime, if I wasn't so curious to try everything else. Started with the meatballs that I also highly recommend. I'm telling everyone I know and you should try it too. I can't wait to go again! Gastonia is hit or miss in the restaurant game and this is a hit! It's a quaint, little establishment that I imagine fills up fast during their dinner rush, so maybe consider calling a reservation if going around that time. I'm not a professional photographer, but I wanted to include some photos. The meatballs were already almost all the way eaten through by the time I remembered to get the shot.

I honestly wasn't fond of the food here. I can honestly say I'd rather come for dessert here. The tiramisu was really good and well-balanced.I had the Gnocchi pasta but wasn't impressed with how salty it was.My husband had the Philadelphia panini and it was bland not much taste to it.The salad dressing they make in-house is perfect, I enjoyed how it dressed up the salad. Our waiter was very nice and so courteous to any questions we had.Mind you I'm not a picky eater. As for the ambiance, the place looked nice for a relaxed sit down dinner.

Sat outside on a Thursday evening. Service impeccable! Had a wonderful caprice type salad to share and then Tony offered to create an octopus scallop shrimp dish to share! It was the most delicious thing I have eaten in a while! Afterwards we ordered the freshly made pasta for “dinner”. We asked him basically to bring us something delicious! He complied. Wine was great as well as the bread service. Of course the meal ended with complimentary cannolis!

My husband and I love this restaurant. It is one of the best eating places that Gastonia has to offer. The food and sauces are full of amazing flavors. Incredible!! I was telling my husband that eating here is not just about filling your stomach and getting something to eat, it is an experience. The wine, the sauces, the melt in your mouth bread...the owner Tony is very personable and proud of what he serves, understandable so!

The absolute best Italian food I have ever had! Everything we have gotten from here has been delicious! I got the gnocchi carbonara today and was completely blown away! This place should be packed out every day!

Ordered delivery via GrubHub and ordered the Rigatoni Alfredo. I received a completely different pasta (Farfalle) and the Alfredo sauce was watery, bland, and tastes like it’s from a jar. It wasn’t even edible and I ended up putting it in the trash. This place is a one and done for me.

Wow. Very impressed. I was driving between Charlotte and Greenville and craving some pizza. I was here on a Monday about 4pm. Ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of mushroom/pepperoni...both were excellent. Very thin crispy crust, almost cracker-like and it was great. Service was good and the atmosphere is tavern/bar. I would definitely go back again.

Second time eating here. I miss them being in KM! Would love some of their delicious delicious pizza. The food ordered was ok. The salmon dish was flavorful. Spinach a / salty. Salmon was overcooked. That flat bread was a lil burnt. It wasn't too flavorful. The Arnold Palmer was a bit watery. Prob the tea could have been stronger and sweeter. Would I return? Yes.Parking: Better know how to parallel park. ?

I wondered into this restaurant because it was the only thing open (on the block) between lunch and dinner, and wow! What a great place in every way. The server was perfect: she made great suggestions, provided excellent, understated service throughout, and was a pleasure to speak with. The atmosphere is sort of an eclectic mix of kitschy Italian paraphernalia, and the food was amazing! We got the risotto appetizer, meat-lovers flatbread, and grilled chicken Caesar. Delicious!! Will definitely return next time we're in the area.

Excellent service. More traditional authentic Italian food than you normally see in this area. Very nice chicken and spinach lasagna with a marasala cream sauce. Cheescske was creamy and delicious with strawberry sauce. Atmosphere friendly and relaxed.

This place is super cute, independent, and authentic as it gets. They make their own gnocchi (which I loved) have great wine pairings, and adorable little tables for couples. Highly recommend for a reasonably priced date night!
