As a delivery person you would think the manager and employees of marco’s or any service oriented organization would allow people to use their restrooms. Especially if they are in the process of delivering their product. But I was refused the use of their restroom because I wasn’t actually an employee only contracted through a delivery company to deliver their product pizza to their customer. I’ve probably delivered 40 or 50 pizzas from this store alone. And an organization I am affiliated with just ordered 35 pizzas a week for the past 3 weeks from Marco’s. But they can’t trust me to use their restroom. I think the corporate office should address this.

I had a use the restroom really really bad and they had a chance to use some kind of common human decency and allow me to use their bathroom which is right in the front door and it does say is employees only. But I had to use the bathroom really really bad I have bladder issues. They refuse to let me use it.. what a common display of yes they are correct by the rule but humanity wise and just being nice to someone they failed that test perfectly. They don't wash their hands they don't use hair nets. If I was anybody I would avoid this Marco's Pizza at all costs because not only are they not cleanly with making the pizzas they clearly don't have good hearts and that's sad in a world that really needs people to be nice to one of them know I do not recommend this place

Had a pizza delivered to stimulate golf today. Delivery driver took my money and would not give me my change back. He said he didn't speak English. Would not recommend delivery from this establishment

I ordered the same pizza online that I have for a year. They messed up the order really badly and put ingredients on it that I can't eat. I asked for a refund on the pizza this one time because it was 100% their mistake and they wouldn't do it. It was a very expensive pizza and I wasted my money and the ti Be very careful of this business. I am greatly disappointed in this business.

My food is always cooked to perfection at this location. They never disappoint. The store is always clean and never messy in the back. From reading the other reviews, I’m glad it’s been nothing but great here for us over the past 3 years. I think the staff could be more friendly, but I get it! There’s normally only 1-2 people working and it gets pretty busy. Overall, Thanks & Keep up the great work!!

Great experience! I didnt get her name, I should have asked. She has pretty pink hair and was working today -- 6/16, around 5pm. She did a great job! I was greeted fast and the whole process was streamlined. She was a sweetie! The part i liked most was how thorough she was. She made sure I had everything I needed. She has good customer service skills and was welcoming. I spent almost 20 years in restaurants so I know how hard it is to find good people especially since the pandemic.
Whoever made the pizza, bread and salad did a good job. Pizza was fresh and toppings were evenly distributed. The cheesy bread was gooey and yummy. The salad was beautifully presented and it didnt look like anything was skimped on. Loving marcos!!!

I ordered a large works pizza and Beth the cashier said the works pizza is 2 large pizzas instead of 1. I tried to explain to her that’s not true at all. The works is simply the amount of ingredients that comes on the pizza not 2 large pizzas. Anyway I didn’t feel like going back and forth with someone that’s incompetent as she is so I paid for the 2 pizzas. That’s the 3rd time I’ve experienced a bad situation at this location. Whoever is reading this post be very aware of this Marcos location. The employees here are very incompetent!

Marcos at Hoffman farmed out delivery to door dash who either stole or gave my $17.99 pizza to someone else. When I called the store , Billy told me the manager had agreed to remake the pizza and have it delivered within the hour. After an hour I called back to speak to Billy who said the pizza was on the way. I asked that they comp the pizza since they failed to delivery both times. Billy then said they had sized up the second pizza and it was on the way. I asked again to make it right that they refund my credit card. Again I was reminded the pizza was on the way. I stressed again that I wanted my card refunded and the pizza. Two hours and a half later….guess what? Still no pizza! I will add a comment later as to whether my card was refunded. Go the extra mile and go to Mt Holly store. This store is not customer friendly and is not managed well!

Terrible food and incompetent employees. I
've given this location several chances delivery and pickup, each time They just look at you like you stupid. They don't read their own order tickets. I'll order the same Deluxe pizza every time and I will always get something different today. I'm making this review because I placed a pickup order for the same Deluxe pizza i knew something was going to be wrong when I walked in the door and the cashier was sitting down and looking at his phone. He told me one moment went back to get the pizza.They looked at it brought it to the front, when I asked to see the pizza before I paid. They slung the pizza around. I opened it up and it was a Cheese Pizza. The tag says the Deluxe, the employee says. Yes, it sure does say Deluxe. So what the hell is it that you don't want me to come back? Is it that you're too lazy to read? Is it that you don't check behind each other? There's 3 people touching the pizza. All 3 of you can't read your own order receipt. This location needs to be closed because the employees don't care enough about their job to do the simple things. And this has been going on for the three years that I have lived in this area. Different employees, same situation.
It's just craziness.

I understand being busy during/after a storm but being down right rude and nasty when answering the phone is very unnecessary. I called the restaurant to see if they were open so I could feed a bunch of worker at a business down on Franklin and the rude young lady that answered says " we're not answering the phone,hold on a minute" as she proceeded to hang up on me. Obviously yall are "answering phone". She needs a lesson in customer service & how to answer the phone. I could just imagine how she would handle the busy night our school does a fundraiser there.

Melissa should definitely not be the manager there. After the employees under her care messed up my order, she tells me I have to cut it! Bc she knows she made the correct pizza but he didn't cut it right. The worst customer service i have ever received. Im still waiting on my pizza cuter she said they would deliver to me since I had to cut my own pizza correctly.

Got one of their new pizone things and hardly 6 pieces of pepperoni and full of un-melted cheese inside of a pizza dough rolled up,literally un edible. Also got a chicken club and there was no chicken on it. No gloves or even seen them wash their hands. Will not be going back there.
