Picked up my order in store. It was busy as they had a large order they were filling in front of me which made my order a couple minutes late but the staff was friendly and explained why they were behind. I completely understood when she told me someone ordered 16 pizzas and another order of 9 pizzas were placed in front of mine. I felt lucky it only delayed my order by about three minutes. This just proves good communication and a friendly staff can make up for a delay.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant experience in my life. After ordering, 40 minutes later I checked on my food and it wasn’t even started yet. Before that, employees are yelling at each other and cursing while customers and children are waiting in the lobby. I asked for a refund and still have not received it. I called the manager to explain the situation, just to offer some much needed criticism, all he had to say was “don’t tell us how to do our job”.
HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and an absolute disgrace for a manager. I guess the type of service there comes from the top.

Great pizza and the staff was helpful. No fountain drinks, just bottled dtinks from cooler, so no refills. There are no tables, just a small high bar along the wall to dine in. Mostly set up for to go orders.

I use to love Marco's but the last few times being there we been disappointed not sure if it's the management or what but Marco's use to be my #1 pizza place now I guess papa John's will get my business....... They were slammed today but they had no order of things it was chaos and ppl were waiting in their restaurant but it seemed as if their phone line was more important then the ppl there trying to order ..... I only recognized one of the employees their idk her name but she has always been nice when we went their she was there but she was making pizzas tonight.
