The lady that took my order was very patient and helpful
Marco’s has not disappointed me except for 1 incident & they handled it by sending me a coupon for a free item. It looked like they were short staffed on a Wednesday. I accepted the offer and will continue to purchase whatever but they will have to earn my business from now on because I will check my product before leaving the store.

I moved to the West End of Gastonia a little over a year ago, and Marcos is just around the corner from my house.
Somehow, they have our order ready almost every time we come to pick it up — and out of the dozens of times I’ve been there, they’ve never gotten it wrong. On top of that, I’ve never encountered a single rude employee. Every visit, I’m always greeted with a “yes sir” or “no sir,” and we’re always thanked for our business with genuine well wishes as we leave.
I’m not sure how they manage it, but service like this is rare these days. A huge thank you to the business — and especially to the wonderful employees — for not only doing their jobs well, but for setting a great example of how customer service should be!
