Not difficult to get an order right when it's 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 1 drink....nothing special about the order but they seem to mess it up. Part of order missing. Just had to put 4 things in a bag

I'll keep it simple. The food is overpriced and the staff is subpar. If they get something wrong, apparently it just does not matter, even with the prices they are charging. That's fine, I just won't be back. The only thing that I really like was the unsweetened tea, but even then they took up the Splenda and charge 3 something for one tea.

I was ordering via DoorDash but didn’t see gluten free bread as an option. I called the store and they confirmed they did have it and would let the kitchen know to look out for my order so they would know to substitute the regular bread with gluten free bread at no extra charge.

10/10 service, thank you so much for being accommodating! I believe the guy who answered the phone was David. Great customer service!

The employee Nautica and the lady that served us were very pleasant.The Buffalo Chicken actually comes with bacon on it and I don't eat pork. I was unaware of that until I looked at the sandwich prior to biting down and I informed the lady that served us and she happily took it back and they made a whole new one without any push back. I am very grateful of that because sometimes you get a lot of flack for requesting addendums or changes to your order but they were very very receptive and the atmosphere was great. It was cool in there. They have some awesome strawberry lemonade and there's other things on the menu I'd like to come back to try as well and it was my first time there so me and my lady were very grateful and will be back!

I haven't been here in a long time. I decided to get something called The New Yorker. It's very similar to a Reuben, I actually asked them to add sauerkraut to it. I just wanted to review to show a photo of how thick the sandwich was. I don't know of any other restaurants that will give you that much meat on any of your sandwiches. It was also very nice to be receiving service from actual people and not just a stupid kiosk. My friends and I had gone to Steak & Shake around the corner to eat. I was so infuriated by the weird options and lack of customizability on the menu kiosk but I decided not to give them any of my money.
