Not difficult to get an order right when it's 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 1 drink....nothing special about the order but they seem to mess it up. Part of order missing. Just had to put 4 things in a bag

I was ordering via DoorDash but didn’t see gluten free bread as an option. I called the store and they confirmed they did have it and would let the kitchen know to look out for my order so they would know to substitute the regular bread with gluten free bread at no extra charge.

10/10 service, thank you so much for being accommodating! I believe the guy who answered the phone was David. Great customer service!

The employee Nautica and the lady that served us were very pleasant.The Buffalo Chicken actually comes with bacon on it and I don't eat pork. I was unaware of that until I looked at the sandwich prior to biting down and I informed the lady that served us and she happily took it back and they made a whole new one without any push back. I am very grateful of that because sometimes you get a lot of flack for requesting addendums or changes to your order but they were very very...
