Whoever is doing the schedule here needs to put more people in on mornings. The lady is alone running the whole show. Or maybe the franchise owner better come in and help make some of the food. Food was good though.

Best. McDonald's. Ever. Seriously the best service at any McDonald's, well any fast food places in general, I have ever received. They were so amazing, the nicest and happiest staff I've seen. They didn't have part of my order as the frappe machine was down but they had ice cream so they were happy to give me a Mcflurry as a substitute! This one sweet lady even gave my little dog some fires and a whole chicken nugget! Really made my day better and this is absolutely the one I'll choose from now on. Thank you so much

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I have ordered from this McDonalds several times via Door dash and also on my way to work. I understand that it is fast food, and there is a worker shortage but at least have some type of good Customer service working with the public. Today was my 3rd time ordering via Door Dash, because of the screw ups in the past, I called after placing my order to verify that all items were visible to the workers. the worker advised me that the frappe machine was not working so I placed a sweet tea order in the place of it. When the order arrived I was missing 20.00 worth of food. I called back and attempted to be professional while the worker was very unprofessional and confrontational. She told me that I needed to just call Door dash and get my refund that way. I let her know that she was extremely unprofessional. I personally will NEVER patronize this store again as well as my coworkers. Please hire some competent professional type individuals.

Dirty, rude, slow, but this is the way it gas been for i know now 3 yrs. I don't understand how they are able to stay open, nothing changes and nothing will change if McDonalds keep the same upper management. Cause this is where the problem originates. The Asst. Man. and Man. are the shining examples to the regular employees, the regular staff wouldn't even know how to display some of these disrespectful behaviors toward the customers if not shown.

Waited like 20 minutes for some cold nuggets. Made no sense because the fries were cooked fresh and they said they only had fries and nuggets in stock. It's cool to chill and have fun at your job, but not if the service is trash.

Drive through order: one iced coffee, one hot coffee. Window for payment was closed, so we pulled up to second window. But then we were told to back up to the first previously vacant window. A woman asks for our order again, but doesn't seem to comprehend it. Thinks we ordered one hot coffee. We correct her: one iced coffee, one hot coffee. That we did NOT want cream, sugar, syrups, etc., was confusing to her. We pull up to the second window, and receive one iced coffee filled with cream. We correct them yet again before we finally get our two totally plain iced and hot coffees.I've never had such a ridiculous experience at any McDonald's, nor any other restaurant.

Service was terrible and slow. Absolutely no customer service, didn't even thank us for our business. Food was awful and the order was incorrect. Definitely won't be back to this McDonald's.
This is a small place but Drive thru was fast, and they had Fraps and ice cream available, other McDonald's on the area barely serves fountain drinks and 30+mins wait in lines
