HATE isn’t a strong enough word to describe how I feel about this McDonalds .. Going to the window is supposed to be the fastest solution right… BS not at this place they park you every time for anything you order sat for ten minutes waiting on a ice coffee finally had to walk in to get it oh it was there half melted don’t even know why I try to complain nobody cares in corporate if they did they would see what a trash pile this place is from other reviews… I dare you go there anytime of the day and see if you don’t get parked RIDICULOUS

Worst possible place to get food. Order is ALWAYS WRONG and cold. Very slow and very very RUDE staff. You shouldn’t have to hassle with and be talked down to by a manager because you received half your order, and it’s cold and you’ve been in a parking spot for 27 mins with no long line.

What happened to this place? This was my go to place. Had a online order. My daughter picked it up. When she went through drive thru she told them she had a online order plus she wanted to make her order. They gave her what she ordered not mine. They said it was in the bag but wasn't. My daughter had to go in and wait for my online order that was supposed to be the 2 cheeseburger combo. I didn't get my ff my cheeseburgers were cold. I knew I should have went to the one on Hudson. You used to be good, what happened?

Showed up at 10: 05pm on 2/9/25. Walked in lobby which they said was closed... I went through drive-thru and they said it would be another 15 min before they would be able to take my order let alone get food.. I spoke with several employees who seemed to be giving me the run around so i left!! I don't know how the food tastes!
