Changed a lot within 6 months, Girl taking orders was rude and seemed untrained and casher acted like she was miserable.. I'll go to the other one that is much better for now on

The three that we're in there the two women and the young guy at 4:52 a.m. I went to three different McDonald's locations to get holiday pies and a sweet tea and they were the only ones that had it and they were all really good and they did a great job so I thank you and I appreciate what you guys do

This is another example of our restaurants in Gaston Co that are slipping when the experience is lacking. They are doing great in the timely service, overall the quality of food is not what we’re used to getting anymore. Management, cooks, you have to take pride in what you’re serving. Don’t send it out if you wouldn’t eat it. This location must ve stopped serving orange juice too. They re always out.

Ordered 2 mobile orders and the drive through person gave one of mine to the car in front of me and tried to give my drink and the customer didn’t take it they gave the bag back got their stuff and drove off whoever the flamboyant guy was immediately became defensive when I asked him was that the bag that the customer gave back and the guy in the drive through was about to say yes until the Flamboyant guy spoke over him asking what I got and I told him the bag he handed to the customer told me he changed bags unless your a magician there is no possible way you could have changed bags !!!!!! Why not admit the mistake remake the food and give it out you can tell the bag was the same the way it was crumbled up from the customer handing it back in the window UGGGGGGGH HOW TRIFLING TO LIE AND GET MAD BECAUSE YOU GOT CAUGHT

Waited 15 minutes for them to even talk to us at the window, then another 15 for them to give us our order. Pulled up to the window and three employees were screaming at each other. The lady was yelling at the young guy for taking orders, very unprofessional in my opinion. Should have told each customer at the drive through “sorry we’re having some issues (staffing whatever) we will be with you as soon as we can to take your order” not keep people waiting then getting mad at the kid for trying to keep things going and customers happy. I feel bad for the kid she screamed at him to leave and not come back to work. UNPROFESSIONAL! But food was hot and ready!

I ordered a gallon of tea and when I got home the tea tasted like someone put a ton of pennies and swirled it around a few times. I couldn’t even finish the first drink!!! I don’t know who is in charge of making the sweet tea but they need to be retrained or something. I will not be back! It’s shame I have to put a star to make a review.

Went through the drive through around 3 a.m. one morning and was treated with kindness and our food was hot and was givin' to us in a timely manner.i would recommend this McDonald's to everyone.

Always missing or forgetting items that are paid for. It cost too much money to pay for shit and not receive it. I usually never leave reviews but this is such a common occurrence it’s disappointing. Read your order and do your job. If I did my job like this I wouldn’t have one.
