I went here because the one on Hoffman Rd. said they were closed after I went to the drive thru menu. This McDonald's had 24 hour drive thru and the service was great.

Rude drive thru attendant! On my way to the gym at 4:45am and needed coffee. Instead of a professional greeting she said “ITS CASH ONLY”! I then responded with I don’t see a sign that lets customers know there’s a cash only timeframe. What’s happening to the customer service industry? People are so lazy and rude these days. Why work in an industry that’s people facing? Delivery is everything!! This lady at the drive thru knew good and well that she wouldn’t have said it in that manner if her upper management was present. She definitely needs additional training and support! A person with this type of attitude can ruin a business!

They are always fast and efficient! They have friendly staff. Like most Mcdonald’s they have their days i’ve been coming to this place for years because it’s close to home. I always get a good experience whenever i’m there and I know most employees by their names now! :) Great people.

I sit in line for 15 minutes this morning and give the lady a code but once I get to the window she tells me that it is 6.00 for my order and then tells me that they can't correct my order because they've already put my code in so I left the restaurant without food and went to a competitor if you can't figure out how to apply the code to an item that it applies to you shouldn't be working at the restaurant after you made your customer sitting in a line for 15 minutes at a drive-through window.

The only reason I'm going to dock it for one star is because a lot of times it's like the employees are clueless about how to do their jobs so occasionally they do mess up an order and I'm not talking about you know a wrong ingredient or something like that I mean like completely messed up the order, however the employees are generally nice and polite and I believe that they are trying do their best to appease us customers, it's not easy working in fast food.
