Needing to use the restroom, I found the door locked and approached a young employee for assistance. Instead of helping, he laughed and told me I could use the bathroom only after making a purchase. As I began to ask for the manager, I lost control and soiled myself, feeling humiliated as others in line watched. This experience left me questioning how a place like McDonald's, once a symbol of comfort and community, could treat veterans, the elderly, and those battling illness with such disregard.

I placed a doordash order from work at 3:20 am for my lunch at work. They told the Dasher oh sorry it's 4am so we canceled everything on his order except for 1 drink. Now, I have nothing to eat for my entire shift. On top of that It took 1 hour for it to even get to me

Someone needs to complete change who running this place ! Electric was off for 6 hrs , these people was shut down for couple days smh ?♂️ like how is the owner making money ? Who owns this location? How are you making money when you got your workers lying saying the powers out on the intercom smh with the lights on

I’m in the drive thru at 9:45pm and I’m told they’re closed (with an attitude). As I’m leaving I notice several people still in the store eating and ordering. Store hours clearly state they will be open till midnight. I make my way inside to see what is going on and I’m told the systems are down and they are only taking orders inside the store. Clearly the personnel at the drive thru did not even mention that. Sad

lukewarm hot chocolate egg shells in my M Muffin and very unfriendly rude workers. will never eat at this location again. just awful

I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull into Lane #1 to wait for my food, 13 minutes later I'm making my way in to see what the problem is and an employee is walking out with orders. He hands me mine and and walks away, I quickly realize I have the wrong sandwich, my coffee has sugar and creamer (prepared), I asked for it to be on the side, I am missing 3 hashbrowns, there is NO ketchup, napkins, syrup or butter for my hotcakes, no chocolate dip for my donut cinnamon sticks, and the best part NO UTENSILS for my hotcakes. My daughter had to eat her hotcakes with her hands and it really bothered me that ZERO importance was given to get an order right for a paying customer. I'm not begging for food, condiments or anything I'm expecting to get the minimum for meal to be a decent one.
