Took forever to get our food and it was wrong when we got it. Tried to eat inside but could because it was so cold in there. No heat. never go back to that McDonald's again

There were soooo many people waiting for food inside. They prioritize drive through over inside. I ordered on kiosk inside. There was no paper so I was in the dark. Two young customers ordered on kiosk and were there when I got there and were waiting to pay when I got there. I got my food first. If you can't do both don't do both. I had no clue what my order number was and when I told cashier she said oh it's ok. No it's not. I know your short staffed but pay better or chose what's important customer service or sales.

Just went through and did a drive thru order. She said frappes were out and it wouldn't charge us. Well it DID surprise surprise and now the store number is disconnected. Super cute. It's really simple, stop stealing from your customers!

I had ordered two happy meals and one McChicken meal mind you we had used a code for our order the lady told us go to the next window cause something happened to her screen which was okay, the other lady said that our promotion didn’t work for some reason so we have to pay full price well okay they only give us two happy meals and like 5 things of fries we didn’t order and no mc chicken we sit there and wait on it and than the lady comes and says we didn’t charge you for the McChicken. You’re gonna have to go to the drive-through again and order , we have no idea what she is talking about cause we clearly already paid for the mc chicken meal we are sitting here getting frustrated cause she has no idea what she is talking about mind you they didn’t give us our drink they gave us our mc chicken we didn’t even care to wait anymore after that and just left this is like the only time I had a problem with this mc Donald’s

Just ordered door dash 45.53 did not receive my kids meals it’s 8:00 I order at seven the food was cold missing drinks and trying to contact the store nobody is answering nobody has money to waste I will be going to the location tomorrow for my money back

I placed a Curbside Pickup order and waited around 20 minutes - nobody brought it out. When I finally went inside, my order was just sitting there on the counter. I told the cashier that it was mine, and instead of being helpful, she gave me a look like she was doing me a favor by handing it over — even though I had been waiting for so long.

Stopped here at 10:30 PM on a Sunday night… Trying to get some food for a long ride home. Definitely have to remember this place, I will never stop here again! This team is riding the struggle bus… It takes about five minutes per car to get their order been sitting here for 15 minutes, I still have two cars in front of me in the drive-through!

I am a 68-year-old Marine veteran who is navigating life well despite my recent radiation treatments. After my session today, I stopped at the McDonald's drive-thru for a quick meal, but I faced an unexpected challenge. Needing to use the restroom, I found the door locked and approached a young employee for assistance. Instead of helping, he laughed and told me I could use the bathroom only after making a purchase. As I began to ask for the manager, I lost control and soiled myself, feeling humiliated as others in line watched. This experience left me questioning how a place like McDonald's, once a symbol of comfort and community, could treat veterans, the elderly, and those battling illness with such disregard.
