I order breakfast from here regularly out of convenience. This location does not toast their English muffins; They microwave them! The muffins are always soggy and undercooked. Please address this issue because everything else about this location is excellent. Thanks!

Honestly the best McDonald’s you can have. But today I witnessed multiple people with messed up orders and I had to drive back for missing items so the kids could eat only to find out the rest of the order was not made right. It’s about to the point I don’t want to eat McDonald’s anymore. Something is missing or messed up anytime I go.

There morning crew is horrible. You have them either playing around or not preparing the food properly. I ordered some things with two hash browns neither of the hash browns were in the bag, didn’t notice until I got home. Went back with the receipt and they said “You would have to show me the bag because I can’t go based off the receipt” .. That makes no sense, I could’ve easily took it out the bag and you wouldn’t have known anything. This is bad customer service. Maybe next time have someone check people orders. Or ensure you properly bagged the order. Especially a mobile order, this is very inconvenient.

I always order a frappe with espresso on my app and this time the rude old woman at the window said we're out of espresso and I don't know why and slammed the sliding window in my face when I tried to tell her I paid extra for 2 shots...you can't do a refund or give me something else in return? I'm just giving you free money? Is that the standard? I'll go to Starbucks. After I waited and she refused to open the window another employee rectified it for me. Ridiculous. Just sad and ridiculous.

This used to be my least favorite place to go. It went under new management a year or two ago and now it’s the best. Great service friendly employees, and overall great experience.
When you order on the app and get there it still takes them 20 minutes to bring you your order when you wait at curbside

I ordered to dine in, and they declined to serve in. I have to wait for 15 min. For 2 meals order. If they don't have enough people staffing because someone is making money, that is a problem for consumer. I will avoid this McDonald's in the future.

Ordered a Carmel frappe extra Carmel tasted burnt so I called back after taking my Co workers time to drive there had to take it back to get a refund the girl that answered said she wasn't the manager then all of a sudden she got a promotion because she became the manager I told her how bad it tasted she offered to make another no thank you I gave you a chance you could tell it wasn't made close to right just by looking at it also I could hardly understand her English won't be back couldn't even get my money back right I paid 8.55 the gave my Co worker 7.48 not to be mean but they are idiots. If your expectations are for even ok service take mcdonalds off the list the customer means nothing to this corporate giant only the share holders
