Service was slow and food was not good. I ordered red curry chicken and this was very bland and flavorless. For the price of the dish, I had a few pieces of broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and chicken only. The rest was broth. I also found a piece of short blonde hair floating in my soup right after opening the container. So disappointing. Will not order from here again and would not recommend to any friend or family.

Definitely don’t recommend.
As others have said, quality lately is going downhill. Portions are smaller, food is more expensive, and the quality is not as great as it used to be. Been going here for years and this is a new low. Are there new owners?
Called and placed an order and the guy answering just said “Hi”, and lacked customer service skills.

We use to come here all the time and we will NEVER be back! The portions were so small and everything is WAY overpriced! I’m not sure what happened but this is so disheartening. I understand you have to raise prices because of the economy, but stiffing people on food is absolutely absurd. We drove from charlotte to come here thinking we would get the same experience we use to, however we are very disappointed. Bring back Nick and his family!!!!

Going down hill, unfortunately. Haven't seen any Basil with the last 3 visits. Broth is lackluster. Sanitation score is less than ideal. Still good, just seems like they've slipped. Beppa is now better
Price have gotten higher and portions gotten smaller! Got a Bahn mi today. There was hardly any meat in it! Bahn mi egg rolls and a thai tea was 30 dollars! Come on people
Doordash and it pho was fresh, everything was fresh.

Very good food. Service went down a lot, not even great once I made my order.
Cleanliness of the restaurant when down a lot. Need some improvement.

ive had better pho. the broth was not very flavorful. they had no basil. the veggies tasted earthy, and the meat was just boiled in water. the condiment containers and holders looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. not terrible but not going back either. and the price was a good bit higher than places that are far better.

The price is ridiculous. I ordered three Vietnamese noodles and paid over $60, and the taste was not very special. The price on Google does not match the actual price in the store. I will not come here again.
Gave incorrect food. Refused to exchange or refund. Blatantly lied. I told them the food I received and the description on menu shared no similarities. They said it was what was on the menu. I know it’s Gastonia, but do better. Not exactly a sanitary environment either

Im Vietnamese from Dallas, came here to see actual taste and determin if pho is legit, I understand been out of ox tail and such is understandable, but not have the main stable of basil leave for the pho is not acceptable. Not having a backup plan for this issues is not a well run business, other people's may not be aware the difference, but stay true to what make pho for what it is
Food is overpriced. Atmosphere is bright and open for a small place.
Presentation of food is good.
Taste not so much. Bland, meat (pork, shrimp) dried, and tough. sauces watered down.
Was disappointed

If you're on the fence, let's this be your sign: EAT HERE! 👏 💯
Just enjoyed our first meal here.
Excellent menu selection (vegan friendly), fresh food, fast, friendly service, and a clean, open atmosphere.
Get the banana fritters (they're basically banana spring rolls with chocolate sauce).

When I walked in there were dirty dishes left on multiple tables. I should have left then but I was really hungry and wanted some good pho and spring rolls. My spring roll didn't look appetizing but tried it anyway and was disappointed. The pho was also not good. I ate enough to really give it a chance but ended up leaving most of it. I don't typically complain at restaurants, I just never go back.

I ordered the Bún Chay, tofu, fresh veggies, in a tangy sauce over vermicelli rice noodles. It was tasty
