Moe's Southwest Grill

Got a chicken bowl from here rice was crunchy and uncooked in some spots. Kept spitting out hard pieces to find out it was rice. So disappointing spent 15$ here. Won’t be back!

I ordered the salad and they forgot to put some things in my salsa plus the dressing and they forgot three free chips and salsa
And my boyfriend ordered homewrecker burrito and they messed up on his ordered
And they weren’t that busy

When ordering delivery, this location NEVER includes the drink you’ve paid for. Especially on the kids meals. I’ve complained multiple times about this (at least 3 times) and was offered some queso to make up for it. They also stopped including the cookie! Sorry, this has happened way too many time. QDOBA delivers to me, too. Bye Felicia.

The new management is doing a great job. The manager (Chandler I believe it was) prepared my food, and was very friendly and sociable, and the rest of the staff was as well. I don't get extremely complicated orders but he seemed almost eager to take care of my small special requests. In the past I've had some people at this location make it known it's an inconvenience to them to grab a couple of taco shells to go with the order, and I always preface with "it's fine if it costs extra." This time, everything was smooth and done courteously.

I used to go to Moe's all the time back when Moe Monday was bogo burritos, if that tells you how long it's been since I went on a regular basis. The last couple of years I've only been from time to time, but this location actually seems cleaner now. It never felt dirty, it just appeared more clean and tidy now. It may just be different colors and more tidy/less clutter.

A couple years ago I would have rated this location 4 stars, maybe 3 depending on the visit, as there were times before when things were left out of to go orders, such as the queso, which we all know they're proud of. From this visit, I give it 5 stars. The new management really seems to want return customers. The food was excellent, and it appears they are putting a lot of effort in overall.

Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but it seems like you could piece together something nice with options like black beans, pinto beans, corn, lettuce, peppers, and so on.

Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian, low carb, and low cholesterol options. You can also have something made that's fine for inflammatory bowel disease issues, such as ulcerative colitis. Of course with that issue it varies by person, so ymmv.

Parking: There is some parking up close, and lots of parking fairly close to the building.

Kid-friendliness: I had my 4 year old with me and we had a conversation about kids that age as the employees also had young kids, so they don't look at a child as some subhuman creature. Some places look at you crossways as soon as you walk in with a kid. They have a kids menu, as well as Apple juice so you don't have to get a fountain drink for them

Every time I order something from this Moe's they get at least 2 or 3 things in our order wrong. Doesn't matter if it's pickup or delivery.

I’ve always liked Moe’s so I wanted to try this one. The restaurant was clean and the employees were welcoming. I got the burrito bowl and it was delicious but the only problem was the chicken wasn’t as hot and fresh it was kind of room temperature but other than that I had a good dining experience.

Vegetarian options: They have veggie bowls and burritos on the menu with so much flavor.

Don’t bother! Spoke with the “supervisor” after I received my order incorrectly. Ordered nachos which comes with QUESO! I didn’t receive queso and called to see if they would rectify the problem. Instead the “supervisor” Nicolette decided to argue with me about how the order was made correctly instead of just fixing the problem. Sounds like somebody just likes a power trip and insists on being correct but forgot the main rule…the customer is always correct. Rude, disrespectful, and just wrong! What nachos come without queso??? Disappointed that they aren’t willing to make their PAYING customer happy. Won’t be back.

This restaurant is way too cheap. They gave very little meat. Paid for guacamole, but only got a small little teaspoon of it. Food is so so on taste and the price is not cheap. It's totally not worth the money.
