We ended up leaving. We stood at the counter and watched the person who I think was supposed to be working it (Middle Aged Latino dude) on his phone on speaker. It sounded like his wife made him listen to her and the kids at home while he worked? He never acknowledged us. It was just him getting someone’s Togo food ready. He wasn’t wearing gloves but touching all over his phone, the cash register, and then we watched him pick up food from the toppings bar without gloves. After about 5 minutes of standing there, listening to his home life on speaker phone and watching him handling food without gloves (directly touching someone’s food) we were good to go! This guy is gross and I can only imagine what it looks like where customers can’t see. Run!

It's a go to place for comfort food! I like their menu selections. These cooler temps make me want yummy noodles! Employees have always been helpful and friendly. They truly try to get your order ready quickly! They are courteous as they serve you. It's a big bonus in these days of less customer service.

Alfredo parm chicken was bland and broccoli It wasn't even cooked plus there wasn't no Alfredo sauce on it. I'm very disappointed first time trying the place probably won't be black.

Delicious! The food was cooked fresh and tasted amazing. They were very accommodating with food allergies and the staff was extremely polite.

Absolutely the most rude employee I’ve ever encountered here. She never looked up when we walked in, ignored us for several minutes and then walks over without greeting us and asks us what we wanted, then when I asked her to scan my app she rudely responded “not until you tell me what you want” I’m sorry but what?!! When my husband asked if her she could possibly be any more rude she said “yes” which admittedly… laughable but she was not trying to be funny. She never cracked a single smile. Unbelievable- hire better people. Also your bathroom was appalling, I have pictures but I’ll spare you. Hopefully I can reach out to the. Manager directly and send them pictures of the employee and the restroom. I won’t be back.

(TL;DR - FOOD POISONING) My boyfriend and I were in from out of town for a wedding. The night before the wedding, we came here to grab some food before bed since it was convenient to our hotel. He got the shrimp scampi and I got the rosa pasta as takeout. When we got to our hotel and started eating we both noticed the spinach in both of our dishes was undercooked (almost raw), and had a rubbery/metallic taste. I didn’t finish my food, he ate most of his. We both got food poisoning the very next morning that lasted all day and really ruined a big day with family for us. I called management to let them know the next day that their spinach is likely contaminated and he really did not seem to take it seriously at all. For reference he is a chef and I work in the restaurant industry, and both feel this establishment did not prioritize food safety in this instance.

Yeah you may be get 1 oz of meat and they want close to 18 bucks for a bunch of noodles they don't even put a lot of cheese in it to cover the noodles. I've ordered twice through Uber trash spot

The broccoli was cold not streamed. No bacon added to the Mac and cheese for the kids meal. The cajun shrimp Fettuccine was cold they added the bacon to the Cajun shrimp fettuccine vs the kids Mac and cheese.

I ate there Friday night 3/21/25. Got food poisoning about 2:00 a.m. in the morning and was sick all weekend from it. I will never go back there again. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Comparing this place to Nothing but Noodles. I could have went to the dumpster behind Nothing but Noodles in Steel Creek and and found something in their trash that would have been better than this. I ordered the buttery parmasan noodles which were cold when they brought them to me. Never again.

Dined in on 3/9/2025. The food was cold and the portion was very small for the price. The bowls weren't filled and I ordered chicken with my entree and only got 3 small pieces. Tables and floor needed to be cleaned. Definitely not worth the money.

Please revise the portion with the staff. The large bowl needs to be filled. It's so sad to even see the regular size bowl. I wanted to say something today with my pad Thai. The bowl was deep for a reason people.
