People is very nice at the store and if you order directly in the register or on line the service is always quick and great.
When I tell you that I ordered for my son’s fundraiser at daycare and got the wrong Bundt cake somehow… not sure if it was a mix up from the business or the daycareBut I don’t even care !! I was supposed to get red velvet and I got white chocolate raspberry .I will never get another cake from anywhere else . Birthdays .. holidays .. everything .I don’t even like raspberry and it’s literally the best cake I have ever had in my life.And this review is from someone that has 3 kids and has had probably a million cakes made fresh at different places for different birthdays.My mind is blown !!!.

White chocolate raspberry is amazing!
Went in today with MIL who has mild dementia. She couldn't find her cash in her wallet and was embarrassed but really wanted to try the snickerdoodle cake. The kindest employee looked at her and said, don't worry.... it's free for you today! This totally made my heart so happy! She loved the snickerdoodle cake but the generosity and kindness of this complete stranger was the icing on the cake! Thank You for making our day so special! Brandi J
I ordered a red velvet cake for a special birthday celebration because we LOVE these cakes. There was a bit of slip up with the decoration package we ordered, but I received a personal phone call and it was quickly rectified. I'm so pleased with this shop and the service received, and will continue to use them for all of our special occasion cake needs.

First experience there I ask for a cake that had a flower on the top, they took it, putt it in the box, took to were I need to and it was no flower, so disappointed, second experience ok, 3rd time order two big bound cake different flavors, I ask if they please cut them in half and replace one Whit the Otther so my friends taste both, but I was told that they couldn't do it. Even thought I make my self responsible for the after look. Also I specially ask for decorations or thanks notes and a card on each one, surprise I got home and ready to deliver just to found out no cads were place on them, unfortunately I live in another city. 4th time I buy a big one and a small to be mounted on the top I got there to pick up an wasn't mounted, I ask why the answer was...we can't do that? but I have seen pictures of their products online mounted?. So they can or can't. The cake it's good. But I'll guess for the price and the disappointment I got enough.

Wonderful, delicious ! I ordered 2 assorted dozen individual bundtlets and then purchased a few more for my daughter graduation party! Party guests complimented the delicious taste and moisture! A successful party ? winner & gift for our guest!I also want to mention the 2 young ladies that got the cakes ready were professional and welcoming. This place makes me Gaston County Proud!

If you’re going to the one in Gastonia don’t waste your time or money. They are BEYOND rude. Kate A. Had zero customer service skills. She told me my order would be a wait because we ordered extra icing which was fine so I went back to my car to wait. They brought everyone else’s order out to them in the car. I go in after 13 minutes and she looks at me with the rudest look and says “there’s your cakes” as she points to the waiting rack. Are you kidding??? As much as my cakes cost and you refused to give me a fork, then you discriminate who you are going to service and who you aren’t??? Unbelievable.

We ordered 6 dozen cakes and when I went to pick them up she was so rude. Then I needed two individual ones and was told bogo she was like you need a coupon. I told her I had join the site would it be on there. She breathe hard and just stood there. I was like forget it. I will pay full price. I will go somewhere else closer to spend my money. Rude!!
