The restroom was so dirty. There are 3 stalls. 2 were out of toilet paper & one was stopped up. I needed the handicap stall, but there was no paper. The changing table was down with paper all over it. The walls & floor were horrible!!! There were only 4 customers in the restaurant.

I cannot recommend Panera Bread anymore. Their pricing is insane for what you get. The quality is not what it used to be. Sadly, This is the last time we will he having Panera.

Very customer friendly and awesome staff! Provide nothing but an amazing experience from every end of the table! Absolutely Loved it! Period point blank! Recommended to anyone that love's a good family time for any time of day.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's not an easy place for a wheelchair, they have double doors and they are not very wide. Seating is cramped.

Taylor is the best!!!! She’s always super sweet and extremely helpful!! Sometimes I order online for pickup and sometimes I order for delivery. If I ever have an issue Taylor helps me every time and ensures I get my food!!! Highly recommend!!!

Waited over 30 minutes for an online order to never come. Shit communication. They kept saying “yours is next” never came. Had to ask for a refund. Embarrassing customer service

I ordered through doordash and my order included a kitchen sink cookie. They must have ran out bc I didnt have the cookie but they replaced it with more than enough sweets/food to make up for it. After having several bad experiences with missing items from other places, it was nice to be treated so well. Great job whoever decided to make up for the missing item.
